Called them at 10 am as my phone scren was completely smashed dropped the phone at 1pm and picked and got the phone back at 2pm. Excellent fast service.

As soon as they received it they messaged to say they got it. I got paid same day in my bank account and they paid me £10 extra for the postage i paid.
