Took my sons old iphone in to be repaired. It was repaired the same day. Fantastic Customer service, professional Manager and staff. Repair cost were very reasonable. The price was reasonable and it is a joy to see local businesses willing to fix phones and electronic devices regardless of how old they are as long as they are functional and they can get the parts . The guys at Tecsurgery are polite and gave 5* customer service. I took my sons iphone in today to get the screen fixed and the price stayed the same as quoted. I dropped it off then it was ready within an hour. Phones back to new and they even applied a screen protector on also. Very happy with the service they provided and will definitely recommend. I will be sure to return if I ever need phone repair.

Five local shops in Wood Green, High Road attempted to fix my damaged tablet with no luck. TecSurgery has not only fixed it but provided warranty for his work. Excellent service brilliant customer service, would recommend to anyone who is looking for help with phone tablet laptop etc.

My daughters Laptop got damaged and she was so upset I contacted Curry's and a couple of local repairers but no joy at all. As she is studying in the University and needed her Laptop to do her homework. Someone recommended me to check with TecSurgery and I was served by a thorough gentleman Mr Habibi who's customer service was fantastic and advised me with all available options and solutions. He explained the whole process with sincerity and honesty. He delivered the great service with smile. My daughter is so happy her Laptop was fixed in required time. My desktop's tower required serious cleaning as the fan was making noise and I was a bit apprehensive of the tower being opened up. I spent months trying to find a reputable shop that did this service and was prepared to travel far. Fortunately I just discovered TecSugery and they were local, in Wood Green. I didn't think they cleaned desktop towers but after enquiring, over the phone, they told me they did. The service they provided me was phenomenal. All the dust that had accumulated, in the tower, had been cleared, and the components cleaned. In fact the tower looked brand new when I came to collect it and the job had been completed before the estimated time, on the same day. The friendly clerk even helped me pack my unit. I'd definitely recommend them. 5 out of 5!

Ten out of ten to Habib and his team. They have the skills for difficult technical repair and are reasonably priced and honest as well. Difficult to find this level of professionalism.

Very good service, very efficient

My phone dropped and was fully Submerged in beach water as it was found later on, I have tried to get the phone to work so I can back up my data that I have over 200gb, I have tried in total of 6 phone repair shop and no one was able to fix it. I was Recommended TecSurgery by a friend and I went as a last option as I was told my phone is completely messed. I met and spoken To Habib who reassured me they will look at the phone and get it resolved so I’m able to get my data and files, within 2 days I got a call that the phone is switched on and they have backed up all my files and the phone itself is working for the time being, they have exceeded my expectations and I will recommend any and everyone to bring their faulty phone as I truly believe ther isn’t a good repair shop in London like TecSurgery. Thank you guys appreciate it
