Won't Answer Techinal Issue on Their Own Product
I sent this company an email about an issue I was having and this is what I said in my email:
"I just bought your solar backup camera new on Ebay and the issue I was having was it wanted to pair with 2 of my neighbors' wifi. One neighbor kept popping up and the other now and then. Both are weak signals because it wasn't trying for mine and mine is the closest. After hours of trying I finally it got the monitor to pair with the camera.
When I first tried it there was no issue pairing them. It was only an issue when I tried to adjust the guidelines later on afterwards.
So my question is why did this happen and how do I prevent this issue in the future?"
Their unprofessional response was:
"Hello,
Thank you for your message. Could you please contact eBay customer service directly regarding this issue? Unfortunately, we are unable to handle order problems related to eBay from our side.
We appreciate your understanding."
