Zero stars. Absolutely awful experience.
I ordered shoes and realized within 10 minutes I picked the wrong size. I emailed immediately—should be an easy fix, right? Wrong. I got a useless automated response saying it was already “too late.” Ten minutes. That’s the level of service here.
No customer service phone number. No real human support. Just bots and dead ends. Completely unacceptable.
Now I’m forced to waste my own time returning the package at a FedEx location for a mistake that could have been fixed instantly if this company had even basic customer service. And of course, the correct size is now out of stock.
This is what passes for “customer service”? Embarrassing. I won’t be ordering again.

Evri used to deliver and poor customer service - Avoid!!
Currently going through a painful customer service process because Evri has failed to deliver my parcel and Ted Baker are not interested. The photo taken by Evri as proof of delivery shows a hand holding the parcel several streets away from the delivery address. Ted Baker’s process has been abysmal and lacks acccountability, emails saying sorry ‘you are unable to find your parcel’ and requirements to sign a statement before they will even begin an investigation. The tone of their correspondence is combative, and they seem to think their customers who report missing deliveries are carrying out an elaborate fraud. No offer of a refund or redelivery so far. Disappointing.

I ordered earrings on 1st March and unfortunately they never arrived. Evri confirmed that the parcel had been lost and that Ted Baker were aware of the situation . Very disappointed in the communication from Ted Baker regarding my refund. Contacted them on two separate occasions to ask status and, to date, still no communication. It really puts me off buying from them again.

Dress is stunning, feminine and hangs beautifully, true to size, however, shocked by how it was packaged considering the costs of it. Arrived in a bag that was huge so the dress just rolled around inside (even the clear bag that the dress was immediately inside was too big therefore dress very crumpled. 10 out of 10 for the dress, not so much for packaging.

Sorry to say a really bad experience. Ordered a jumpsuit, got sent a pair of socks. They were great at rectifying initial issue, Returned jumpsuit once that arrived, still haven't received refund or any communication having followed up. Ted baker still has my money.

Nice trousers but the sizing is massively out. I am a size 10. The trousers were more a size 12. I’ve always been a size 10 in Ted Baker - being returned.
