T-Shirt bought for my husband was great quality and a lovely pattern/colour. Packaging not so great, bring back the recyclable cardboard boxes. A prestige brand should have premium packaging.

The bracelet took a long time to get to me without any updates then when it arrived it is faulty. This is the 2nd bracelet that I have brought that has been faulty will not be buying anymore Jewelly from Ted Baker again expensive and badly made

First time annoying, 2nd time the same error just shows a lack of care..
For the 2nd time I was sent a shirt that wasn’t even close to the colour/style of the image shown on the website. I was given the same reason for the error as i was the first time.

Ordering was fine but two days after my order was placed I received a refund notification and cancellation of two of my items because there was no stock.
Seems fairly basic to me for an on line retailer to manage stock levels in conjunction with orders. Not a great experience for me and may affect my willingness to order again in the future

this was not the item I though I was…
this was not the item I though I was getting. It is hard to discern details on line. This is of course the risk one takes when buying on line.
While the item is as beautifully made as your others, it has an addition to the design that does not fit my 'style'.
I did not see it in the photo when placing the order. Was sure it was the same sweater as I had already purchased, but in navy not black.
Ive been wearing it a few hours , taking time every now and then to look in the mirror, it is not growing on me.
I will wear it again in a few days, different light, ( it is grey, rainy, and windy today) different responsibilities to attend to in the day etc.
When an article of clothing seriously looks good on me, and I love its quality, I follow my mothers advise, 'Don't you think you should but another one?"
I think I messed up this time.
