Visited Great Queen St, barber was Gokhan - it was excellent! They always take their time and make it a nice relaxing experience.

Unfortunately not a great haircut. The service was rushed with few steps missed out. No after-shave nor face cream asked before/after hot tower and no ear flame applied. Service should be consistent across stores and barbers. Location London bridge

I wouldnt come here again even if they paid me £200+. Very poor barber, absolutely went against any and all requirements. On top of that, he failed to even get an even cut, one side is much longer than the other ahaha. The barber himself clearly had a political agenda against my people, you could say racist. He clearly did this on purpose. Very very poor and i’d want my money back. If my accusations are incorrect, then I apologise to the barber however even then, he failed to even get a decent cut in where both sides are equal. Shameful.
Along with that, towards the end of the appointment i was somewhat subjected verbal harassment by the barber where he had a chat with his mate in a very negative manner. I dont speak turkish, but it seemed like it was directed at me. Which would explain why he may have deliberately trashed my haircut.
All in all, unless you’re white, although you maybe subjected to the same treatment, save your money and have a cut elsewhere.
And if the barber sees this, you dont expect me to believe you did not deliberately mess this up due to whatever political agenda you may have against me, the cut was horrendous, not even a shower saved it and that says alot. These people are very racist.

This place is awesome - highly recommended. Visited the Butler's Place / St James's Park salon and it was a real treat. Super professional, high quality, and very well looked after. Will be back again, and again

I visited the Kings Road room and Nicat cut my hair. I was a bit early for my appointment but that was no problem and I was straight into the chair. I’m of the age (and shape!) that doesn’t really appreciate skin-fades & razor lines but Nicat gave me exactly what I requested - a normal cut to the highest standard in an efficient & polite manner

I visited Ted's Grooming Room in Moorgate to have my haircut. What a wonderful experience, made to feel welcome, great coffee... and expert barber - Mehmet Gumus. I highly, highly recommend this man. He delivered a fab haircut. Thank you, Paul King

Absolutely exceptional barbers, very caring and welcoming makes you almost forget what you actually came for. Haircut was exquisite, definitely not going to my old barbers.

Had haircut at the Kings Road saloon. Have been trying several barbers here in London but Enuer at Kings Road Teds Grooming was exceptional. With very minimal guidance he exactly knows what you want. Has the intuition that a very good hair stylist should have. If you want a good haircut, it is Enuer!

Walked in on Thurs afternoon and got an immediate appointment. Great haircut by Serhat and waxing of my ears and nose leaving me feel great and, more importantly, leaving me with a haircut which my wife really liked!
I'll be going back.

Really disappointing experience at Teds in Curzon St. I've been a regular at Teds for years but I've never been to this location. The barber evidently couldn't be bothered... didn't listen to my requests at all, only got one hot towel (no wet shave at all!), forgot to flame ears/trim eyebrows (even though I asked) and kept complaining my beard didn't style 'properly'! And after all of that charged me the full £60!!!!!! Felt like I had been robbed when I left and not at all happy with the cut - will probably now need to go again to cut it properly. Never going back to this shop for sure :(

I was treated to a “Cut above” treatment as a leaving gift from work. I was made very welcome from the start, and Ali (I hope I got the name right!) I demonstrated why 26 years worth of barbering puts him at the top of his game! He listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me a haircut that perfectly met that. He worked expertly, thoroughly, and with a genuine warmth. And it’s not a cheap haircut, and one are usually wouldn’t pay that much for, but it was certainly a fantastic experience.

I use as a matter of choice Teds at Moorgate. It only has a walk in service. I also select the off pick times and have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. I have had three of the team to cut my hair and they all do a great cut and good service. My last visit was with Erdopan. He was great.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, I WAS BOUGHT A GIFT CARD, BUT COULDN'T USE IT! BECAUSE IT EXPIRED AFTER 6MONTHS! NO GOOD WILL, AND ON TOP OF THAT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES!! IN MY EYES THIS COMPANY ARE NOTHING BUT THIEVES!!! SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS!!!!
I attended the Ted Baker Grooming Room in Bloomsbury on New Oxford Street.
I was greeted warmly by the staff and the shop was clean and very well presented.
I had the full treatment and was looked after by Baran who was friendly and very professional. the haircut and beard trim was done professionally and Baran asked several times if I was happy with the length etc.
I've been a few times and always enjoy the bread trim, especially the hot towel treatment afterwards.
I will be going back as I've been going to different Ted Baker Grooming and always enjoy the experience and my partner loves the cut of my hair afterwards.
It is a little pricey but I can't complain as you pay for a level of service that goes above and beyond.

Had some nailcare done at the Oxford street store, really well looked after and great service it’s the perfect way to finish off a self care afternoon.

For £65 and buying a treatment called “The Full Ted Sevice” I would have expected to be in the for longer than 32 minutes. The haircut was quick, felt rushed and to be honest looks no different to my local £14 barber. The shave was slightly better, but the hot towel treatment and “massage” took no more than 3 minutes and they didn’t do the ear torching which is specified on the listing.
Way, way, way overpriced for what you get and the overall experience. I won’t be going back and suggest you look for other places which will do a better job for half the price.

Had the full works today at CURZON street branch , good haircut with attention to detail , had ear flame , massage and shave , good products, nice salon overall good experience, only negative no chat , they only speak to each other in own language.

Hit and miss here to be honest. Great on one visit: Massage, ear burn, drink, hot towel and hair cut (45 mins minimum) Next time just a fast cut lasting 30 leaving it uneven and, weirdly, looking longer than when I walked in! £40 is a LOT of money. Wish I were on £80 per hour.
