UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES THAT NEVER SEEM TO BE RESOLVED

I started using TeeLaunch in February 2015, after being a customer of their previous site on deco network, Online Shirt Stores. Customer Service was fair to good at first, with some problems popping up, but things have deteriorated to the point where the issues that have come up and gone unresolved are unacceptable.

Here is a summary of some of my problems with teelaunch:

- Orders were marked as shipped with a tracking number provided only for me to find out when a customer filed a Paypal dispute for non-delivery that teelaunch never shipped the item

- Packages with tracking numbers that led mysteriously to the same town in Texas, where I had no sales, and then having the items reported as not delivered by the customer

- Orders marked as shipped with no tracking number, only to find out that the package never arrived to the customer, with my having to refund the customer

- Promises from teelaunch of replacements to be sent for blurred prints that shouldn't have been sent to my customer in the first place, only to find out weeks later that the replacement was never sent, even after multiple follow up emails from me and teelaunch showing me "proof" that a replacement order was entered into their order system.

- I had a customer receive a bad print where the design was cut off, with 2 inches of the design missing on one side. When I asked for it to be re-sent, it was re-sent with the same mistake. I had to issue a refund to my customer

- Promises that orders that were weeks old would be processed by the owner himself within 24 hours, only to find out over a week later they were never shipped.

Getting teelaunch to respond to my concerns by email was very time intensive. I constantly had to follow up and prod them to send out orders that they had messed up. If I let up it was quickly forgotten on their end.

As for the positive reviews from April 2015 that the owner likes to reference as proof that bad reviews are from disgruntled customers, they were solicited from a small group of customers, including me, from teelaunch's old deco network site. We were asked in an email from the owner to leave him good reviews here to help get stars beside their Google PPC ads. I expect a new batch of glowing reviews in response to my negative review.

I can't decide whether they are just incompetent or whether I wasn't considered an important enough customer to have errors that were clearly their fault dealt with in a timely or effective manner, or at all. From March to October 2015 I processed about 960 orders with teelaunch, with about another 800 to 900 on their old deconetwork site. That's about 60% of my sales volume processed through teelaunch. Maybe that's not enough volume to give my complaints and concerns any weight. The rest of my orders were processed with another POD site I had no issues with.

I have deleted my account. I can't imagine doing business with them again under any circumstances.

So why did I keep using teelaunch? Because they are cheaper than other POD sites. But it's reached the point where the amount of time I've spent having to follow up with them, the negative feedback I've received because of their mistakes, the money I've spent refunding shipping costs to customers as a goodwill gesture because of slow or incorrect orders and teelaunch's absolute refusal or inability to deal with quality and customer service issues, I realized I actually save money by using another site. And I no longer have to worry about what next teelaunch problem is waiting just around the corner.

UPDATE: NOV 11 - I am still waiting on teelaunch to refund me for orders that went missing or were sent out with errors and haven't been replaced.

Good

There was a crucial t-shirt color missing in one of their models and it was added within a week. Quick to respond and values customer feedback. Even if they do not offer customized labels, their app interface is very easy to use and very accessible. Definitely recommend. Keep up the good work.

Adam, I wished you'd reach out before writing this review. First, we have over 1200 people using the app and haven't had this type of feedback. You can change the mockup by editing the product in Shopify you don't have to use our mockups, but you can't add your own in the wizard, you have the make your own and replace the image at the product level.

The no white on Canvas was an oversight and could have been easily added with an email to support@teelaunch.com

Horrible Customer Service

Customer service is non-existent. Left hanging for days - can't phone, Skype, SMS. Nothing. Just an email that no one responds to.

Can't possibly imagine leaving my customers at their mercy.

Look elsewhere.

Teelaunch

Teelaunch has been a quality printing partner for my business. Customer service is personal and always helpful. I like working with a company who knows me and my business needs and works hard to accommodate those needs. Print quality is excellent, my customers only have positive things to say when they receive their shirts.

Fantastic Fulfillment Vendor!

I've used several services for shirt fulfillment, and TeeLaunch is hands down one of the best. Their customer support is very responsive, and their direct-to-garment printing is top notch, and fast too.

To date, I haven't had one complaint from my customers, but I do get plenty of happy emails and posts on our fan page when the customer gets their shirt or hoodie.

I'll definitely keep using TeeLaunch for my shirt fulfillment in the foreseeable future.
