Do not order from spring
Do not order from spring
That sh&&$? is never gonna arrive, I’ve been waiting 2 months since I ordered a hoodie and it’s been in production the whole time
Doubt I will ever receive my 4 month late order
I have been waiting for my order for 4 months and have had to contact support 3 times. The first time they gave me some unhelpful "we're behind on orders" response (that was around 3 months ago), and so I contacted them again like a month and a half later, and NO ONE got back to me. I contacted them again today, and I bet I'm going to get another "we're behind on orders" response. I doubt I'm ever going to receive my order (other people online have said the exact same thing), and I honestly want my money back at this point, but I doubt support would even try to help me with that anyway.
Spring has owed me $400+ for over 4 months with no resolution in sight.
Stay away from Spring. I'm a creator and they have owed me $400+ for over 4 months.
Customer support has only given vague answers about their finance team having technical issues. I have received no timeline on when I'll receive the money I'm owed.
Before this, my customers were having to wait 6+ weeks to receive simple t-shirts. Their shipping is atrocious, their clothing quality is on the low end, and their inability to send payments is likely illegal. Stay away from Spring.
The current popular Spring competitors do a much better job.
This is ridiculous
Placed 2 orders in January, they still show as printing as of today.
Trash Company
Ordered one T-shirt on 12/24/2024. Forever stuck in "processing". Never got it. I filed a chargeback. Y'all suck
Horrible company that's possibly breaking the law
Stay far, far away from Teespring.
I payed extra for fast shipping and my package has been delayed over and over for more than 2 months. Customer service does not respond to my messages. Yesterday I was given a tracking number for my shipment, but the tracking number is not even valid according to the courier who supposedly has my product. I have no idea the status of my order and have been kept completely in the dark the entire time.
Truly sad considering I used to use this company to supplement my business. I can say now that I wholeheartedly regret ever associating with this company and this will be the last time I ever use their services.
Don't use TeeSpring.com
I almost never write reviews, but customer service at teespring.com is slow, and potentially inept. Cancellations take more than a week. Ordered shirts not shipped one month after ordering...
Analytics that don't work for store views (they worked initially)
I'm moving my store to another site.
Expensive for clients and scam for seller
Expensive for clients and currently still waiting for my payout after months of waiting and empty promises, they have turned into a scam site
Never got my shirt
Never got my shirt. I order a shirt on black star media. However. I ordered a shirt and still haven't received it. I was supposed to receive it from March 7 to March 11th. It's now April. When will I get my shirt I ordered.
I ordered a shirt at the end of January…
I ordered a shirt at the end of January 2025. When it was not even showing as being fulfilled by the original delivery estimate date I reached out. Support told me they had a lot of holiday 2024 orders, and one of their suppliers changed something. I gave them time, but, by today(8 April) I gave up and requested a refund. Nearly 4 months and they were not able to produce a t-shirt. Beware!
Put them out of business
Absolutely god awful. I have no idea how they are in business. I ordered a hoodie on march 22nd it was suppose to arrive between April 1st -4th and it still is being printed as of today. Everybody should band together and just stop ordering from them and put them out of business.
Teespring (now “Amaze Commerce”) has become a liability for creators - buyers beware, creators look elsewhere
As a long-time YouTube content creator, I’m writing this review with a heavy heart, and a sense of duty. If you're a creator researching Teespring/Spring as a merch partner, or a customer wondering why your order hasn’t arrived, please keep reading.
Let’s start with the facts:
1. I used Spring (formerly Teespring) as my official YouTube merch integration, which is supposed to offer a seamless experience between creators, their fans, and merch fulfillment.
2. Despite confirmed payouts on their dashboard, I never received the funds. Not once ... twice.
3. At the same time, multiple buyers reported never receiving their orders. Not late. Not delayed. Never.
This affects your brand, your viewers’ trust, and your income.
I did what every professional would do, I reached out to Spring support. No response. Reached out again. Silence. The “help center” is just a black hole.
So I took it a step further:
I contacted YouTube Support and filed a platform level complaint asking them to review whether Spring should still be endorsed as a trusted monetization partner.
Let that sink in.
We're not just talking about one bad experience, we're talking about a pattern that's visible in hundreds of reviews here on Trustpilot and elsewhere. Just search in the searchbar above the review section for:
“payout”
“arrived”
“ordered”
You’ll see it for yourself.
So what’s the impact?
For creators: Lost earnings despite “confirmed” payouts, Zero recourse when support goes dark, risk of losing viewer trust when merch isn’t delivered.
For buyers: Unfulfilled orders, No clear way to get a refund, Poor communication from support.
After disconnecting Spring from my channel, I moved to Fourthwall, and the difference is night and day.
1. Fast payouts
2. Transparent dashboard
3. Very responsive support
4. No damage to my brand
If you're a creator looking to build real trust with your audience, Fourthwall is everything Spring promised to be, but actually delivers.
I’m sounding an alarm. Creators, protect your income and brand. Buyers, demand better. Platforms like YouTube: take a closer look at who you're endorsing.
I hope this review helps others avoid what I went through (and many others). Because creators already have enough to deal with. We shouldn’t have to fight for what we’ve rightfully earned, or watch our audiences lose faith due to broken systems we never had control over.
Be safe. Be smart. Choose better.
Update: I researched a little bit and learned that Amaze Holdings, Inc owns Spring.
---
Update (Apr 9): On Apr 8, 8:28 PM CET Amaze Holdings, Inc paid me the outstanding payments but never replied to my warning email.
To all creators and people who have not received their items, mail to Amaze Holdings, Inc with the following details:
"If this issue is not resolved within 72 hours, I will submit a formal abuse report to your webhosting provider, citing violations of their Terms of Service. This includes:
-Withholding creator earnings despite confirmation
-Failing to deliver paid merchandise
The goal of the report is clear: permanent removal of your platform for breach of infrastructure policy.
As an EU resident, I have the right to report platforms that operate in bad faith, fail to pay due earnings, and engage in deceptive or negligent commercial practices. Given that your services are accessible to EU consumers and creators, your failure to deliver merchandise and withhold rightful payouts may constitute a breach of EU consumer protection laws, payment service obligations, and platform accountability under the Digital Services Act. I am preparing to submit a formal complaint to the European Union.
I remain open to a professional and private resolution. But continued silence will activate full escalation.
You have 72 hours."

Teespring Review – Disappointed with Customer Service**
Teespring Review – Disappointed with Customer Service**
I had high hopes for Teespring, but their customer service completely let me down. I reached out to them for help with an issue, and they completely ignored my emails. It feels like their support team is being forced to work there because they show zero interest in helping customers.
It’s frustrating when you’re trying to get assistance with something important, and the company just doesn’t care. If you’re looking for good customer service, don’t expect it from Teespring. Really disappointed.
⭐ **1/5 – Only because I have to give at least one star.**
Terrible company and no customer…
Terrible company and no customer service! I ordered two custom t-shirts on 2/11/25, followed up eight times, kept getting told they were in process, and on 3/17/25 filed a claim through PayPal against the company. I requested a refund and was ignored which led to the claim. Do NOT use the company for anything.
Less than a one-star rating.
4 MONTHS AND NO ITEM
I found tee spring via moneysavingexpert website! Creating the designs was a great passion of mine and I wanted to order one to show off my brand. This was in November and cost £50+... 4 months later (nearly 5) and still nothing. They say they are having production issues in the US but have not said how they are resolving this. I recieved a refund for shipping back in December after complaining and closing my shop but made clear that I still wished for the product I have payed for. So seen as that didn't hurry them up I have just sent a strongly worded email to 'Renz' saying I would like a full refund.
DO NOT USE! Please use t-shirt studio for any future custom designs! I have used them for years and they always delivered the best service.
I wish there was a way to give zero…
I wish there was a way to give zero stars. This is a horrible company that does not pay its creators and takes our customers' money without ever shipping them their product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND DO NOT OPEN AN ONLINE STORE WITH THEM!!
I made money and good quality.
I made money form selling, I bought one myself It looks great but the print quality is sometimes bad wich i don't really like but i got 4 good ones so it's a very good app.
I have been waiting 3 months for an…
I have been waiting 3 months for an order from back in december of 2024 And in constant contact with support. They just give me the run around and robotic answers.
When I asked for it to be canceled and me refunded. They gave me more run around about having to send it to another team to review my request I argued with them for an hour.
I had to threaten legal action for them to refund me on the spot
Do not use this company they are not what they used to be. They went bankrupt and had to merge with another company.
Avoid at all costs.
I even deleted my teespring store
The Customer Service Is Non-existent
I recently opened an online store with Teespring and created several products. For some reason, still unknown to me, I'm not able to view/edit all of the products I created, like title and product description etc. On three occasions I contacted customer service via chat (the only way) and got the worst service ever. They don't seem to understand words, and they tried to just hurry me along. This is very disappointing because I put in a nice amount of time and effort and I can't even complete it because they chose to not support their creators. Anyway, I do not recommend this company for on POD due to this experience.
