Terrible experience, truly awful costumer service.
Takes them days on end to answer a simple e-mail and if you try to call you'll just end up on hold indefinitely.

I was gifted Samsung Buds for christmas from this store, but 2 months later the Right Bud wasn't responding. Since they don't have any physical store in Lisbon I had to send the Buds through the mail (paying for it myself).
Weeks later they returned the Buds to me, only for me to discover that the rubber protection (the smallest one) had been switched for the medium one, only on the Bud that had the problem.
So now i had 1 small rubber protection and 3 medium ones.
I contacted the store and they sent me only the part that goes in your ear, not the one that goes around the Bud.
It has been months since i reported this and they didn't give me an upright answer nor do they answer my calls.

It wasn't my purchase but still, never buying anything here.

Terrible experience, misleading products, preposterous customer service.

I ordered a phone and 2 screen protectors. I was sent only 1 screen protector which was fine because I got sent the second one right away once I told them about it.

Now my issue came when I informed the company that their screen protectors came incomplete. I received literally only the screen protector, it didn't come in the box, or anything.
This is a problem because nowhere on the website is it clear you are getting an incomplete product, the product listing implies that you're getting at least a wipe and a scraper.

Not only is it a very expensive screen protector, but also, when I received it, I saw written in the product clearly saying "check the instructions before applying" but yet it came with no instructions! It makes me wonder if they're taking the protectors from the original box and selling them individually for a higher price.

Following the video on the product listing was not useful because the way that the protector was packaged was different than the one used in the video which caused issues with applying the screen protector.
This means I couldn't apply it properly and I wasted money on this.

When I contacted the company I told them all that I just wrote here, they did not read what I wrote and simply told me something like "sorry the protector comes on its own, check the video to see how to apply it", which, as you've seen, that makes no sense considering everything that I told them. No answers as to why it doesn't come with the instructions that it's meant to come with, no explanation as to why it implies that it comes with a scraper and wipe when it doesn't, no explanation as to why it didn't come in a box at all, no mention of the fact that the product is different than the one in the video which caused issues with applying it and wasted my money. After that, I explained to them the issue again in more detail and they never responded to me. I tried calling the telephone but none work.

Don't waste your time, order from a foreign website or physically go to a better store.
