I'm deducting a star from what would have been a 5 star review. This is because web signups are no longer possible. As an installer this was always the Telco supplier I recommended to customers, but now the sign-up is more complicated. A shame. Fortunately I was able to find an alternative supplier for my customers.

Having had issues resolving ongoing problems with the company wide telephony set up and performance, Nick was assigned to assist to resolve all problems. He achieved this over a period of time, maintaining excellent communication at all times. His knowledge , expertise and professionalism was really appreciated. Well done Nick and thanks again.

Telappliant provide us with a range of IT Services and I can confirm that they deliver excellent support and are happy to go the extra mile to help us when we have problems. Their support and patience in helping us work through the recent Microsoft 365 price increase challenges was exemplary and as our IT Director I feel safe entrusting these guys with our day to day support.

We had the technical guys on site to set-up donated PC's (Very generously donated to our charity from Connexions themselves), the guys were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient, nothing was too much trouble. Moving our business to Connexions has been the very best thing decision that our charity has made.
We can now concentrate on continuing our work with a PC and Office system that works fully. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was really impressed with the level of service I experienced from Telappliant's Technical Support telephone representative Nick.
Nick displayed competency, conscientiousness and diligence in completing the task which took a significant amount of time to rectify - throughout Nick was good humoured and patient, and worked until the job was complete - if every experience with company's technical support teams were this great - we'd all be a lot happier!

you can't get through on the phone, I am not getting any replies to my emails. and my phone has been out of order for 12 days. we were switched to your company from Conred `Spain. Our account with you has as yet not been set up. We were contacted by Declan Cochran who now seems to have disappeared .

We deal with Connexions Carlisle for all of our IT requirements including CCTV. Nothing is too much trouble and their response to anything needing done is brilliant. We especially have a brilliant relationship with Luke Parnaby who visits school every 2 weeks when he sorts out anything that is wrong or anything we need done on site he has been in today and sorted out several problems satisfactorily he is brilliant with all staff.

We have been using Telappliant for quite a few years now. They have always been very proficient and helpful always getting back to us in a timely manner and sorting out our technical needs. My account manager, Colin Ormes is extremely personable and always willing to help. We recently had to move office which is always stressful, but Colin has made it a very simple process for us. Connexions (Telappliant) came into our school to upgrade our Door Access Control system. The Engineers that came in were very approachable and helpful.
All work carried out was done very efficiently and professionally throughout the visit.

We have used Connexions(Telappliant) for over 20 years to provide structured cabling and IT solutions across the Trust. We have recently worked together to upgrade the fibre backbone across the whole hospital site at CIC.
The service team were professional and efficient throughout the several months long installation project. The project had logistical concerns from the outset but ConneXions provided a project manager who liaised with Mitie, ourselves and on site staff throughout. The project has to take into account access & service issues around patient clinics, theatres, covid restrictions, admin areas and general public areas. This was all managed without incident and the project was delivered on time.
I recommend ConneXions highly and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Robbie came to reprogram our door fobs. He was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. There was a slight hiccup but didn't leave until it was fixed. Well done Robbie, we're all using the fobs that had been sat in a drawer for years!!
