Worst network ever
Worst network ever. Fictitious bills and unannounced debits. Deserved no star at all because there's just nothing right about this company, from customer service to network delivery. Really doubt how they stay in business
A DISGUSTING Company with zero morals
After the recent premature death of my young wife due to Cancer, a simple transfer into my name of the home broadband and full package family phone services was requested. They have subsequently CLOSED all services, given a string of lies through various customer service calls, Customer service agents regularly put the phone donw mid conversation, and blocked me from transferring to a "respectable" company. Huge disruption to myself, and my 2 young children at a very distressing time, but Tele2 said "Not our problem" .."Nobody from any senior position is allowed to talk to customers" Ive been regularly told... Only the local shop assistant has been any good, and he hasnt any authority to do anything !... The company is run by Rats. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I wish there was no star or a minus star for this company! their customer service shouldn't be working in this branch and their technical support is useless!
I have been on daily contact with their technical support team to get my internet to work for the last 5 days! in a time where we all work from home, they didn't seem to bother to try to fix it regardless of my daily reminders! refused to compensate me for the money I've spent on mobile surf due to their failure in fixing my problem.

Trying to end a subscription after my late father. After well over an hour in line and being switched and sent on between four different administrators I have still not been able to speak to a person that can help me with this very easy task. This is really really bad!

Biggest regret in my life to sign me up for wifi with tele2. Two times they have misplaced my bill in the mail in the mail and it has not arrived. Sold more subscriptions than I needed. When asking why they said it was due to their system and one subscription was in the old comhem system. When trying to cancel you are in line about 1.40 hours in line and do not get connected.

Disconnected TV signal, refuse to fix
Sent a technician to fix my broadband. The technician fixed the broadband, but disconnected my TV signal in the room next door. I called Tele2 immediately and they promised to fix it, but nothing happened and now they refuse to do anything about it. Has cost me much time and frustration.

Ridiculously substandard company
Ridiculously substandard company. They provide a so called “Surf guarantee” on their website but they don’t work on weekends, so if your internet goes down, there’s nothing you can do about it. Great way to guarantee something - isn’t it?
Tele2 is not a company, it's a scam.
Hopeless to get in contact with, You have to wait 30 minutes and then they cant help you with anything and redirect you so that you have to wait another 30 minutes. Tele2 should take care of their customers not abuse them...
Not a trustworthy company. Check your bill!!
They add services to our bill and when I asked about it they say it is my fault that I didn’t check the bill. The company is trying so hard to make money it cannot be trusted that the bill is even right.
Customer support is awful. When I called about the problem the guy was rude, spoke back and it ended with me asking to leave the company. It is sad because the broadband service was ok and the issue could have been resolved but customer support made me leave the company over 69kr

It is now a common occurance, that we have to call them and beg for the bill, because they simply do not send it... They will still cut the internet without warning for not paying, despite the problem being ENTIRELY their fault!
They switched us to another type of net or something, but didn't send the new router before switching, resulting in our apartment being without internet for a day.
Customer service is always slow, and my current record of que is nr. 236 in line. (no.. im actually not kidding.. two hundred and thirty six)
Oh yes. the billed me extra for the call too..
My best advice is to steer WAY clear of this money hungry company. They will not treat you well at all.
Stay away
I used to have a mobile subscription a couple of years ago. Then they sent me a letter informing me that they will increase my price with 30kr/month without making any changes (my subscription cost 120kr originally). I had enough of them already because of the added extra fees on the bills etc. They're not upfront about the actual costs and it feels like a scam. I had call them to cancel my subscription and keep my phone number. I wanted to change to Vimla which had a much better deal. The customer service guy wouldn't let me cancel without trying to talk me into getting a worse deal at Comviq. After 15 minutes of yapping I had to tell him that he's wasting my time and is annoying me to get him to simply cancel the subscription. Horrible service.
I've now moved into an apartment where the landlord has set up a group deal on the fiber and TV with Tele2. In other words, I can't change my ISP. Since the 6 months I've lived here, internet has been out 5 times! It's never for less than half a day. One time for 2,5 days straight with no explanation. I work from home and this is completely unacceptable. As I'm writing this review it has been down for 4 hours: time that is adding up and is being taken off my weekend to do work. All because of Tele2. Stay away.

Difficult to get rid, poor customer service
Difficult to get rid of if you want to. Took me 5 calls and many hours. They automatically change your end date when the next person who rents the property requests new internet with a different provider at a later date. Holding for another 45 minutes right now (Netherlands)
