I have a family plan with tele2 with…
I have a family plan with tele2 with four different users. They have billed me twice for a total of 2 900 kr before the services kicked in. When I call customer service they are rude & very incompétent to deal with and they hangup on you.
Do not ever buy their services through door to door sales because you will be told false promises. False marketing to customers.
false information in contract
I have order a breadband (router and simcard) on 2nd. They have sent them to the wrong address and I have to call them and correct them. They have sent it again to me on 11th of January. Now I want to use 14 days rerurn policy but they have mentioned that they consider that date form 2nd (when you sign the contract). Worse thing is they want to charge me for the period that I have not got the service (2nd to 11th).
Negative customer service experience.
I have been a tele 2 customer for 3 years now, and their customers service has been very excellent in my opinion. However, I recently received a mail and decided to call customer care for clarity, My God!!! I cant explain the extreme rudeness of the speaker, she was TERRIBLY rude.
I had to ask her if she was really a customer care person because I have never had this kind of experience with customer care from tele2 or any other company in sweden . So she said she was a sales person that I clicked the wrong number.... bla bla bla..... she went on again with the talking..... she even told me she dosent care about how I am going to solve the problem, that it is my business and not hers, I even pleaded that she should talk calmly because I was getting overwhelmed with the way she was talking without a pause, she didnt listen she went on and on. She sounded like someone who was already angry about something else and was transferring the aggression on the next available person because I didnt say anything that could have provoked her.
I am still in shock at why someone like that will be allowed to be the first contact for a company. She even ended the call at me without proper goodbye, or asking if I had further questions or finding out if she solved my problem or not, I mean, you know the usual customer service procedure.
I had to call back so as to speak to someone else. It was such a relief speaking to the second person.
@Tele2 you need to look into this, its a bad image for the company, imagine if I was a new customer and had no prior experience with you guys, I would have gotten a wrong image of you.

Scamming practice
Scamming practice: TELE 2 came into the secured flat without authorization (according to the company I rent my flat from). Pressed me to have a contract with them because I otherwise would not have internet from December onwards. One week later called by TELE 2 that I should fill in the contract. I have called with the company I rent the flat from who told me in first instance that TELE 2 would be the only provider. Appears only to be the case for television. Have contract which I in the end did not want to have. Appears that I need to pay 24 months to cancel the contract. Even after indicating that this contract was based on lies their side, they refused to give in. I currently have a company which is good Telia, never problems, and a company which is bad TELE 2 as companies that would deliver internet. Given the other reviews I will not cancel the Telia and have TELE 2 for 24 months without having any benefit from them.
Shittiest support I've had in years
Shittiest support I've had in years. The only options to reach them is by the phone and they just keep you on line for 20 minutes waiting. I would switch to any other provider once I get a chance.
Scam company! Beware!
I live in a so called "Tele2-House" which means that the only option for my internet provider is Tele2. I subscribed to their service. However they have failed to provide me with internet service. I call them every week in order to make it work, but they always tell me that they have no update on my issue. I have paid them monthly for the past 6 months, yet they refuse to help me.
I am starting to think they are purposefully scamming me, smiling as they are collecting my monthly payments while not doing anything to assist me.
I would caution anybody to do business with this company as they clearly do not care about their customers.

Scam Company, The unlimited plan they sell is not unlimited. no information by seller or on the agreement. after signing a 24months agreements 3 days ago the costumer service on phone could not cancel the plan and advised to go to the a store. The unlimited plan that we signed for our company is limited to 50gb a day and then you get a blocking on the data. They explained that they had a operation disturbance which was not viewed on their website and no information to the costumers about it. Rude costumer representative who refused to transfer me to a supervisor. Avoid this company.
II think it’s time people know that Tele2 is only in the business of selling phones. They have no idea of the knowledge that’s in them and what paperwork people are signing for these six-year and ten-year contracts, taking advantage of kids.
This review is simple as a professional sales, marketing and communications. This staff has it all but what they won’t remind you of if you have an issue with one of your new iPhones Samsung Sims they can’t help you God forbid you lock your phone. They can’t help you God forbid You pay too much. They can’t help you. God forbid you have a family plan that you talk to for the next 35 years. This company is lacking honesty, truth, common sense, and had the ability to 19-year-olds  but they don’t cheat them with respect. They don’t follow the code of rules of sales. They see a young gentleman which was my son and double charged them for a phone that was a lemon from the beginning as the rest of the family we’ve had three lemons from this place and photos don’t know what lemon meanso. It means they came out of the boxes blacklighted, but on that note, I know how it works: sell, sell, sell, sell, sell. Whatever it takes to sell, that’s what they’ll do. But building customer-consumer relations is something they need to put on their list.

This is the worst company i ever had a subscription for! The personal at the store tried to full me offering me a “ family packet “ and when I asked if there’s something I had to do they said no everything is fixed and they would manage it.
Then I started to receive invoices with different amounts and when I was trying to talk with some responsible either at the store or at the kund service, they couldn’t help me. So unprofessional.

The worst experience in my life I have never seen more unserious and unprofessional service and company. Unclear answers from both physical tele2 stores and then another answer from 90222. I’ve been trying to solve my problem from September and no one is answering clear what to do like it’s easy every time to call and wait one hour for someone to answer. I asked their chatbot where to send a complaining mail and they answered on my mail that they can’t make sure that it’s me who is sending even though their service told me and plus that they have my email in their system. I’m cancelling all my services there and I’m gonna find a more serious company. I’m really disappointed only because they keep sending fakturor and not listening my problem.

When I originally signed my 24-month contract, I got a special offer where my international calls were free. This fall, my contract was set to expire. In April, a sales rep asked (in a phone call) if I wanted to renew for another 24 months. I clearly stated, "If I can keep the same deal at the same price, I’m interested."
He confirmed, going through the list with me, and promised I'd retain my package with free international calls. I received a prompt via BankID, signed – and guess what? Today I received the first invoice of the new 24-month term, and now I’m charged for the “international calls” package.
Customer service was no help, suggesting I either pay for it or change to another plan. There goes my trust. Total scam.

Very bad internet ! Very sneaky people work there...I will close this internet, when I get little time free...
People who work there think that they arevery smart...Internet is slow so slow that I can use only one think phone or Laptop or pc stationar togheter they cant work at all only one at the time. Maybe this is some massage from girl ???? Sometimes in the night internet is turn off so my camera outside dont work...Once more be carfule with this bad smell company and people working there. Send equipment on starting day
They started preparing the equipment on the same the day the LAN subscription started. They also thoroughly disconnected the Coax connection on that same day. Now I have no internet at all and no idea when the new router will arrive. Absolutely useless to contact the customer service, no one can do anything. An absolute catastrophe.

Very bad customer service experience
The customer service is terrible, constant bouncing between departments, promise to send important attachments via email, they do not include them.
Mislead customers into signing up for packages with hidden terms. I’m based in Sweden and signed up for a plan that was supposed to include EU calls, with no indication of any binding period. I was shocked to discover extra charges due to a hidden 36-month binding period and that calls from Sweden to other EU countries are not considered as EU calls! Does this make sense to anyone?
This is a clear example of deceptive practices, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
dishonest support
Since December, they stopped providing broadband internet while I was paying for the service. I spent many hours calling them, emailing them, and sharing the information they asked for, but they were wasting time. poor and dishonest support. I am trying to file a complaint somewhere.
Expensive, using copper coaxial connection, bad router wich I had to buy full price
Not the best ISP. For my case it is the only available and offered in the building (Karlskrona, Trosso). Speed sometimes fast, sometimes slow (can be considered acceptable for home users). Price is double compared to the other ISPs. Router is complete crap. Often loose connectivity between WIFI devices (each can go to the internet, but not to each other... Nice when you have wifi connected printer). So bying your own wifi device and setting tele2 router into pathrtough mode is a logical step.
But it works and it is better than nothing. Support is present and they actually reply and try to help you.
