Poor service

I have been waiting for a while for a product. You do not get a reply if you send them a mail... and calling them they tell you your package is on the way and you wait excitedly and still wait! was not very satisfied with Telecom Telecom, doubt i will be purchasing anything form them anytime soon (could be just bad luck for me, but still)

REALLY FAST DELIVERY!

I ordered my blackberry case and screen protectors on Thursday, 9th May which was the national holiday here in the Netherlands. I thought my order would not be processed until the next Monday. On Friday, I got email from telecom telecom.nl that my order had been shipped, which surprised me the most. Still, I thought I would not receive it till at least Monday or even Tuesday. I got my order on the next day (Saturday evening)! 4 thumbs up!!
