I bought bikes and spare parts for 20 000 euros and when I tried to make a claim they said that the company is bankrupted and they cannot do anything for me. (The problem could be solved literally with few spare parts for couple of hundreds euros.) I was planning to buy approx. 50 bikes but I am not gonna do that and I would gladly spend my money in another company.
Bla bla bla. I already have a different supplier…

I placed a shoe order and paid with Ideal. The order was cancelled and I did not receive any confirmation, but the money was taken from my account. 3 days later I still don't have the money back or any type of confirmation. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

I just want to give a shout out to Harvest right customer service. They took care of my problem within 2 days. I am so pleased with the harvest right medium freeze dryer that we purchased another one. Highly recommend this product.
Had an amazing interaction with a member of staff named Jame Byrne who really made the effort to explain the processes and my life insurance options. However, the best part about the experience is how this gentleman spoke to me. I was treated as though I were his friend and that made the call so much more easier as disgusting life insurance can be nerve racking to most people. If this is how these staff members handle their calls continuously then I’d highly recommend Them.
How comes company like this is still on market!!! Very poor service!!! Lies!!!
Would definitely not recommended!!! You will receive answer to your email approx 3 days after even if is about sending your money back!!!

unfortunately the items are only of moderate or poor quality. Costs of sending them back are for the client. I can not recommend this shop.

Environmental damage! The delivery and products were fine but the amount of packaging is out of this world! I received 4 cardboard boxes and 4 large plastic bags (albeit saying from recycled plastic) for a single order of <40 euros! What a waste of resources. Totally unnecessary. Please talk to your packaging department!

I bought a step for my 4yo son.
It arrived damaged, but it still works.
I sent some pics to the seller but I didn't get any reply yet.
I think they should check the product before to ship it.
Una experiencia excelente. Les escribí para pedirles que me enviaran lo antes posible a España unos peluches que estaban agotados aquí y el servicio de atención al cliente es muy bueno, me contestaron muy amables y solo en dos días me llegó a casa.
An excellent experience. I wrote to them to ask them to send me some toys as soon as possible to Spain, that were sold out here, and the customer service is very good, they answered me very kindly and only in two days I got home.

What ever you buy do not use this company, absolutely shoddy company.
I ordered a bike stand for my daughters dutch bike here in the uk, half an hour after I ordered it my daughter (trying to be helpful) had ordered it for me, so I went back half an hour later to cancel, they replied it was already processed, even though there website clearly states that all weekend orders are processed on Monday, this being Saturday? when it arrived I followed there return procedure, and sent it back cost me £12, no offer of tracking number or returns number, so a week later no answer no refund, they just say refund in 14 days after return, but they can't tell me if or when they received it! Sadly a bad experience and I doubt a refund will follow, I can not recommend. Take care!

I have ordered a Desire Merano 28 Inch Bike on July 15. The bike that I have received gave a very poor quality Impression to me. I have therefore canceled the order and asked TOM BV in several calls and e-mails for help with the return shipping of the bike. The help was declined. If I order as private customer the freight it costs about 150 € to return. For a bike price of 239 €. I'm totally dissatisfied.
