Paid for early delivery. Never got it on time. Got the refund for early delivery after a call to customer service. However the flower arrangement looked much smaller than the photos online.

Ordered for birthday delivery and was told on the morning the flowers were expected that I had to reschedule. Who tf reschedules a birthday anything?
No offer to replace, etc. Total garbage company & waste of time.
Wish I would've gone through ANY other company.
Hell, I'd have gotten better service from the effing grocery store florist.

Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday and the day of delivery/birthday I received an email stating that they cancelled my order and refunded my money because they couldn’t fulfill the order. Totally not acceptable. I emailed back and asked if they could offer something different if those flowers weren’t available and they said they didn’t have a florist to fulfill any order. Why would you accept my order in the first place then? Also, I live in Buffalo, suburbs so it’s not like we are not in a major metro area.

TELEFLORA did not deliver the flowers on the day designated and then canceled my order. This happened once before, but because they were offering a discount, I tried again. What a disappointment!! I will now spend more money to assure flowers are delivered in a timely manner! Would not recommend this company!

I want to know why you advertise Mother's Day bouquets, I place an order in time to have it delivered - ON TIME - they cancelled the order saying "no florists in their network are available." This delivery would take place in one of the most reliable areas of the planet at this time, so this excuse is rubbish.

Just how easy and intuitive it is to order from the website
1) When Teleflora's representative called to tell me they'd have to substitute a different plant from the one I ordered, I specifically said, "No peace lilly."
2) When I called for an update on the change, they said my order was cancelled because I wanted a peace lilly and none were available. I repeat: I said "NO peace lilly."
3) The cancellation was done with no heads up and without giving me any other options.
4) The price they credited back to my payment method was $20 higher than the cost of my original order. This indicates to me that Teleflora upgraded my order without my consent.
For these reasons, I will never be using Teleflora again.

It's extremely bait and switch here based on what local florist actually has available. My recipient was happy but I was shocked what was advertised and what actually got sent extreme opposites.

If I could give Zero Stars I would. Our funeral flower arrangement that we ordered weeks in advance did not get delivered for the service despite opting to pay extra for early delivery. When speaking to Kay (Telafloral Supervisor) she stated they knew the arrangement was not going to be delivered on time and attempted to resource other local florists. We the customer were never notified of this change or we would have found another way of sending flowers or a gift to the deceased’s family. Terrible service. They did not offer to send the flower to a home address after a full refund was requested. Egregious!

I ordered flowers for my daughter's 30 th birthday on 4/22 to be delivered on 4/27. I received a confirmation email. Today I noticed the purchase was refunded in my credit card and I called customer service who stated that the order was cancelled due to no florists in the area. It is one day before it was supposed to be delivered and I never received any notice.

I chose Teleflora because I had a Groupon voucher. But after falling all the directions, it never was able to give me the discount that I paid for. So I went ahead and ordered the flowers anyway because I needed to.
One star is generous. Bought bouquet for birthday and was never delivered. No communication…actually had to pick up even after paying $30 for delivery and tip. The resulting bouquet was absolutely nothing like the order…incredibly lame compared to the bouquet ordered. Will NEVER use Teleflora again. Their guaranteed satisfaction is worthless. Sad that their desire for profit is more important than simply providing the product promised.

I am so mad right now that I could cry and if I could rate them 0, I would have done it. My daughter is turning 18 and is attending a college in Cambridge, Massachusetts. My family and I live on the west coast, so she will be spending her 18th birthday without her family. To make her day special and remind her that her family is thinking about her on her birthday, I have placed an order of flower bouquet 3 days before her actual birthday after thoughtful research and consideration (after all, it is the 18th birthday). Arranged the delivery date to be one day before the actual birthday, so the flower gets delivered near the mail center closing time, she has an extra day to receive her present.
On the day of delivery, I received email from Teleflora stating that they are having a hard time locating the university. Shortly after that, I got a phone call from a customer service at Teleflora delivery address. I confirmed and double confirmed the address, googled map of the university mail center and provided the customer service rep with the address of the mail center, near landmarks, AND cross streets of the mail center. She said she got it and told me that “I will call me again since I have your phone number” if there is any problem with the delivery. That was 9:35 am in the west coast time zone and 12:35 pm in the east coast time zone. Shortly after the telephone call, I replied to the email thanking them for reaching out to me via phone call and asking them to reach out to me with any questions or concerns. Since then, I checked my phone frantically to ensure I do not miss a call from Teleflora. Around noon, I happened to check my emails, and I noticed email from Teleflora stamped at 11:29 am. The email stated that they have canceled my order and will refund the money which will take up to 10 business days. No phone call, but simple email stating they have canceled my order. And that is 2:29 pm in the east coast time. I just couldn’t believe they do not have courtesy and professionalism to call back the customer to inform the cancelled order. Please DO NOT order anything if you need the delivery to be happened as you needed/planned. I will NEVER consider this business again. Luckily, I placed a new order through different vendor, 800 flowers, which I used before. I regret very much that I did not go with the 800 flowers initially but considered Teleflora.

This is the definition of a bait and switch.
I ordered a premium bouquet with a mosaic vase for my mom. The delivered product was far less than advertised. In reality, the bouquet was very small compared to the picture and came in a plain vase. For reference, the photo has a least 5 roses, but we only got two. It's the same problem with the other blooms.
I'm giving it two stars because the bouquet was delivered on time and customer service did give me a small refund. However, I won't let this service trick me again in the future.

Placed order for the premium zen arrangement for my daughter’s birthday… the day after scheduled delivery date she received just a basic green plant ..not worth the $115 I paid. Worst experience ever!

I really wish would have read reviews before using this service. I placed an order for a family member finishing their last chemo treatment, two days prior to needing them delivered.
They called late on the second day and said it was now too late to deliver since it was past 4:00pm. I reminded them I ordered them 2 days ago, why tell me just now that you can’t deliver?!
Now after reading reviews on the lack of quality, I’m terrified it will look like something I picked up at dollar general. I guess I will see how far a $100 arrangements gets me tomorrow, a day late.

I ordered your Love Medley Bouquet - PREMIUM. It's not even a full bouquet. One side is flat with no flowers like it's meant to be placed against a wall. The flowers look old, some leaves show chew marks from insects. It's barely 12" across for OVER $100.00. The entire bouquet is made up of roses yet - THERE IS NO SMELL OF ROSES - AT ALL. I called the local florist the next day and of course he denied any of this was his fault. Teleflora sent me 2 seperate emails about the order but the email had different order numbers. Lesson Learned - No More Teleflora - EVER ! Plastic flowers have more smell.

Ordered Birthday flowers for my Sister on April 13th to be delivered on April 14th. They didn’t get delivered. Called Teleflora, they tell me they couldn’t deliver because no one was home. That was not true. No notice from Teleflora about it. Got word from my Sister the next day saying they were delivered…. She wasn’t home !! They left them on the porch. Called teleflora again….they put me on hold and called the florist. The florist gave them the runaround and some BS excuse that it got too late and was dark out so they didn’t deliver them on the 14th. Never again TELEFLORA !!
