Unfortunately very bad experience with this company. There were addresses issues by my mistake land my birthday flower never arrived. When I contacted customer service for help there were non because I couldn’t change my order was to late and they new about . Nobod contacted me I just checked delivered status. No refund I do understand but they could offered next day deliveries for extra charge or something.
Bad costumer service .
I will not recommend.
I do remember from the past with different company they contacted me to confirm the adres or offer a discount next time .
Waste of time & money!
The flowers were ordered two weeks in advance, however, they were delivered two days late, which meant they missed the occasion entirely. To make matters worse, the flowers were left in a “safe place” without the recipient being informed. They were only found after I contacted my friend to ask whether the flowers had arrived. Additionally, no gift card or message was included, so even if the flowers had been discovered sooner, my friend would not have known who had sent them.
Very poor quality
Very poor quality. Imagine delivering flowers and vase in a box and expect you to make the arrangement. There were barely any flowers in a box. The balloon is so small. Paid over $100 for probably not even worth $20!

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience with eFlorist.
I ordered the Large Peonies & Roses bouquet for a special occasion, paying over €50 including delivery, expecting something close to what was beautifully advertised on their website. What arrived was honestly shocking — a tiny bouquet with far fewer flowers, poor presentation, and some blooms already bruised and looking tired.
The bouquet looked nothing like the “large” luxurious arrangement shown online. Calling it misleading would be generous.
What disappointed me even more was customer service. Instead of properly addressing my concerns about the obvious difference in size and quality, I received copy-paste responses telling me to wait 5–6 days for the flowers to bloom and follow care instructions — completely ignoring the real issue: the bouquet delivered was nowhere near what I paid for.
I understand flowers are natural products and slight variations happen. But this was not a slight variation. This felt like false advertising.
When customers spend premium prices on flowers for meaningful moments, they expect honesty, quality, and good service. Unfortunately, eFlorist delivered none of those.
I would strongly advise anyone ordering from them to lower their expectations or consider using a local florist instead.
I will never order from this company again.
Awful flowers!
I ordered flowers as a “get well gift” for a friend. They were delivered on the correct day but didn’t remotely look like what I’d ordered. I sent a photo of them to the company with my order. They told me to wait 48 hours for the buds to open. I sent a second photo 48 hrs later that still showed they were nothing like what I’d paid for. They sent out another bunch the next day. These were slightly better, but even putting the 2 bunches together were nothing like the photo they’d advertised. Absolute joke!
Horrible, ugly, sloppy things
Completely surprised by these little plants. It was a shock to me how such bland, wilted, dried-up plants could be delivered without water. I was ashamed when the person who received them told me about it. Never again from this company. Zero email responses. Flowers different from the picture. A waste of time and money. And don't bother with the chocolates as a gift. A total failure. I do not recommend them. I strongly advise against them.
Very Very Disappointing
Bouquet I sent to my daughter looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered, An all pink bouquet with pink peonies and pink roses was replaced with pink peonies, red roses and purple carnations, very very disappointing. No satisfaction from customer care. Will not order from them again.
Flowers advertised were nothing like…
Flowers advertised were nothing like what was delivered. Paid €50 for what I thought was a big bunch of flowers. Only a few flowers delivered, I wouldn’t call it a bouquet, I should have gone to LIDL to pay 75% less for better flowers
Avoid this company at all costs.I…
Avoid this company at all costs.I honestly don't know what they mean by "wait for the magic to happen" or "your flowers might be napping." No magic happened—these flowers appear to be in a permanent coma.
I ordered a large bouquet, but what was delivered was absolutely terrible and nowhere near what was advertised. A similar arrangement could be bought at Aldi for €7.99.
Very disappointing experience and poor value for money.
EFLORIST are an absolute disgrace
EFLORIST are an absolute disgrace, I ordered flowers for a really important occasion, they finally arrived 2 days late and nothing at all like the beautiful bouquet I choose in the picture- a joke of a company- if you are even considering using them PLEASE DONT, you will be let down like we all have judging by the reviews- Horrendous company!
Shameful florist presentation
I have to send my feedback and let u know that I will not be ordering from u or recommend u to anyone. Size of the bouquet is shameful. So are the flowers in it as it is not as advertised at all. I ordered medium size white and yellow rose bouquet with white and green foliage. As u see on my picture this is far from that. If u don't have the flowers then before person place the order u have to give warning that the sort of flowers might differ but the size should match. Order was over 50€ with delivery, this doesn't worth even 20€. In supermarket u can find way bigger for way less. 37€ was a bouquet of white and yellow roses and I got sad small bunch that looks like it was collected from buckets as leftovers with flowers I do not like and did not order. Clearly u do not care for people's value for money.
Nothing like chosen bouquet, no contact number.
The delivery was nothing compared to what I ordered. So disappointed and totally frustrated trying to get hold of anyone.
Having emailed them, I was told they would send another bouquet more like the order. If that happens I will up the stars.
Terrible Experience
Ordered Flower with prosecco and the prosecco was missing. Also the flowers were extremely poor quality. Some of the flowers had wilted away within one day. Would avoid ordering from this company in the future.
Dreadful experience
Dreadful experience. Charged 45 euro for a bouquet of flowers that were nowhere near the way they were advertised.
I ordered flowers more than a week ago…
I ordered flowers more than a week ago and they never arrived, paid express delivery! they lied saying they attempted to deliver which I was waiting in the house for it, never called never rang the bell!!! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS
Ordered flower for 60€ received a bunch…
Ordered flower for 60€ received a bunch worth more than €10 from a supermarket
No chocolates included as advertised
Questioned the service and emails ignored
Extremely disappointed!!!!!!
Extremely disappointed with the quality of bouquets sent to my daughters in different countries. The flowers were wilting on arrival and and died within a couple of days.
This company plays on the fact that the receiver would not like to complain to the sender given the effort and expense they went to provide a beautiful surprise!!! Hence the 'rip off' purchase is not mentioned.
Its an embarrasment to have this company represent itself with an irish identity.
Absolutely disgraceful
Absolutely disgraceful , you could get better flowers in Lidl or aldi and for that price it is outrageous I am so disgusted I want a refund
Avoid! Cheap flowers used for orders.
Flowers that were delivered were completely different to what I picked online. Very embarrassing scenario with cheap flowers being delivered to a friend.
I did request a refund and I received one within 4 days.
