Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 225 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Consumers frequently complained that the delivered flowers arrived wilted, heavily damaged, or looked completely different from the promotional website pictures. Buyers experienced severe delivery delays, missing order items, unhelpful customer support, and felt the products were extremely overpriced. Many people expressed deep frustration over poor communication and tracking issues that prevented them from resolving problems successfully. Avoid

Very disappointed. This was meant to be a large bouquet, but I received just six roses and one small flower. One rose was damaged, and the bouquet arrived fully open and already wilting. The stems were completely dry. For €50, this is not acceptable and does not match the photos at all.

The flowers didn’t show up

The flowers didn’t show up. It was for someone’s birthday. I have tried reaching out to them since and the delivery company. The delivery company said they never received the items from Eflorist. Spent a lot of money on this and haven’t heard back or received any compensation. Absolute scam.

Flowers don’t arrive

Flowers don’t arrive on the Saturday as I paid for at our hotel. We had left and they arrived in the Monday. Got a prompt refund but difficult to get through to anyone. I would avoid using them completely.

I ordered the flowers on Friday

I ordered the flowers on Friday, they were due the next day . They didn’t arrive until Monday, and half the flowers were already limp.

I paid €50 for a bunch of flowers, that I could have gotten in the supermarket for 7/10€ . Extremely disappointed that them. Also , that scamming, in my eyes . You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague. I wish I could give zero stars.
I am sorry I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers.
The first was about a quarter of the size of the advertised picture and honestly if I had bought them in M&S or Tesco’s I would have paid half of what they cost with this disaster of a place.
The second was ‘delivered’ and I had to chase the courier and EFlorist to find out where they had been delivered to. The location shows about 2km from the actual address. Never ever again.
Only plus is they respond quickly to emails albeit with a standardised ‘sorry’ email - appears they have plenty of practice.

One star is too much for this company

One star is too much for this company. Disgraceful service. No phone number to talk to an actual person. My order was not even delivered and I felt so embarrassed for the person I ordered it for. They should be closed down. Not reliable at all, it feels like a scam.

SCAMMY PRODUCT BUT REFUND RECEIVED — BE CAREFUL!

I ordered a premium bouquet of large white roses, but what I received was a complete joke — cheap carnations and daisies with zero roses in sight. It was a blatant "bait-and-switch" and a breach of EU Consumer Law (Directive 2019/771).

FINAL UPDATE: After a series of firm emails and providing photo evidence, the company admitted their fault. I refused their offer of a replacement and demanded a full refund. I can now confirm that the money has been returned to my account.

My advice: If you receive something that doesn't match the photo, don't accept "it's just nature" as an excuse. Demand your money back citing your rights.

Absolute rip off

Absolute rip off, ordered a €60 bouquet and what I received would cost €10 in a supermarket, 8 flowers in the bunch.
I’m to embarrassed to give them to the person I intended them for and will have to take the loss and buy elsewhere
Avoid at all costs!

Please avoid

Please avoid! I ordered a bunch of full roses for mother’s day and to say I was disappointed is a understatement. The bunch I ordered is a far more expensive alternative to the €5 roses you could purchase in tesco or dunnes. I have complained to customer service and their reply was that after delivery they should blossom, which they just deteriorated within 2 days. You would be much better off going to tesco or dunnes and purchasing the €10 flowers it would be much better quality.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague. Terrible service and even more terrible bouquets.
We ordered a bouquet for my sisters birthday 4 days in advance. It cost 55 euro and from the pic was fab. It arrived a day late and when the driver called her he would not deliver it to her she had to go to where he was to pick them up. He was 15 mins away from my parents house and wouldn't deliver. Then the bouquet looked nothing like the pic we choose and was missing a jar that the flowers were meant to be in. No answers, no apologies, no excuse... very bad service . Avoid Avoid Avoid

If i went out and dug weeds from the ditch they would look better than the flowers received for mothets day
They were withered and the couple of flowers in the bouquet were withered and never bloomed. If possible no stars should be an option

I feel given one star is even robbery…

I feel given one star is even robbery with these guys.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been so frustrating it needs to be said.

I ordered a bouquet expecting something that resembled what was advertised on their website. The delivery company left the flowers/teddy bear/ chocolates and candle in the rain leaving the product destroyed. I raised this multiple times with customer service, providing photos and giving them every opportunity to resolve it properly.

Instead of actually addressing the issue, I received the same copy-and-paste response over and over again about the flowers “being in bud.” After several emails, this just comes across as dismissive and borderline disrespectful. It feels like they’re more interested in deflecting complaints than genuinely helping customers.

Let’s be clear — this isn’t about patience while flowers bloom. This is about receiving a product that does not match what was sold, and then being fobbed off with generic replies instead of a real solution.

I have now had to escalate this formally and will be pursuing it further, which shouldn’t be necessary for something so straightforward.

If you’re considering ordering from here, just be aware: if something goes wrong, don’t expect proper customer service — just templated responses and no accountability.

Very disappointing experience.

Avoid at all costs

I ordered a bouquet for my mam for Mother’s Day and was genuinely embarrassed by what she received. The flowers were wilted, brown and damaged on arrival, and looked nothing like what was advertised. After following their instructions, they only got worse and after 48 hours they were in the bin despite a '7 day freshness guarantee'. Paid over €50 for them. Company refused a refund and just fobbed me off. Avoid at all costs.

Shocking service

Ordered on Monday for Tuesday birthday delivery. No delivery on Tuesday, no way of contacting them aside from a Bot or an automated response from their customer service email address. No way to get an actual question answered, all responses are automated. Delivery driver then called the recipient today to say they'd not be delivered until tomorrow as they were on the wrong van. My sister drove to collect them herself from the drivers delivery area. Absolutely terrible service, do not order for a timed delivery, i.e. birthday. Will be letting everyone know to order elsewhere in future. EDIT: Ordered Spring Pop bouquet in large and while it was lovely, large it was not! Again, avoid this service at all costs!

Overall unhappy

The bouquet I got was old, the roses’ petals chopped, some of the greens dry and some soggy. It was not a nice arrangement, just seemed like flowers chucked together. And it was very small. It literally looked like a bouquet from Lidl or SuperValu that you get for nearly 1/3 price. The only plus point was the packaging itself was safe and they gave a little flower food, but of course delivery was €14 which is a lot. Unfortunately I won’t use them again after this.

Excellent service

I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews before ordering from this company because if there were 10⭐️ I would have given it. After unsuccessfully trying to get a local florist in Donegal to deliver on a Saturday I resorted to the most well known florist for international orders. They accepted my order but told me the next day I would have to wait for 4days for a delivery . So I found eflorist and process took less than 5mins for next day delivery and £10 cheaper than my original order with their competitor. The flowers arrived as promised and were absolutely beautiful and extremely generous bouquet. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
