Telenor got me a special subscription…
Telenor got me a special subscription for me so i am very satisfied but i went to buy iPhone 17pro max and iphone 17 pro for my husband few days ago at fisketrovert and the staff there who attended us wasnt so attentive because we wanted to order the phone and he didnt even asked the color and storage capacity we wanted but insted he choose himself. And tgen at the middle of the transaction i reaslized that the color we wanted was silver and he choose blue so we had to do the whole transaction from the beginning. And instead him apologising my husband said sorry as if its our mistake. After that he just ledt us to do the whole process ourselves and when we had confusions on some pages he was busy talking with other collegues. If we were to do ourselves why would we every waste our time and go to the store for a detailed information about the subscriptions and the phone itself. We had the worst customer sevice.

Everything is great so far, and if I happen to call or visit any Telenor stores I get help and recommendations. My only complaint is once in a while the internet connection sucks though rarely.

Business minded, which is ok . But never discuss about home internet or other things when one comes to buy fx . telefon or høretelefoner.
I came to buy only a telefon for my daughter , but the seller was busy talking about home internet, he never asked if I had one at home untill I told him I have one can you stop this discussion please.
Lastly , give time to the customers, the seller never gave us enough time to choose the first 4 numbers when I was buying a new simcard.
You need to improve.
