What an amazing Service

What an amazing Service. Their online chatting is excellent. I was looking for a TV but wasn’t sure what I should get. I was Greeted via live chat implemented on TeleTime’s website by Montie. He offered to let me know if I was interested in anything on their website that he would discount it further and provide me with 60 days of price protection. I told him I was looking for a tv but didn’t know what to look for. He asked me few questions in regards to what I would use the tv for ( gaming, sports etc...). So I told him my needs and provided me with a model which would be ideal for me. I was already impressed with his service and on top gave me a price far cheaper than any other store. I was in need of a TV fast. Montie promised me delivery within 24hrs as I was within their delivery zone. The delivery came the next day. The drivers went a step further by unboxing the tv and plugging it in to make sure it was in working order. I would definitely recommend Teletime. Excellent Job.

I was looking to furnish my house with…

I was looking to furnish my house with new sofa and bed room set. Looked everywhere and found Teletime online. They promised to beat any pricing I had. So I went to one of their locations in Mississauga. I would firstly like to tell everyone that the staff was very Courteous and were using social distancing and keeping in mind the safety of others. anyhow I already had the Ashley Furniture models selected and requested for a price. Right of the bat Teletime beat the price by 25%. They also gave me interest free Financing for 12 months. They had everything in stock and delivered everything within 2 days. Amazing service. Check them out guys.

Had a horrible experience with…

Had a horrible experience with Teletime. We finalized the deal for 5 appliances during Boxing Day for delivery in March / April 2020. They never give any heads up on stock availability and commit to deliver, knowing that some items are not available. While we understand the covid situation, Teletime did a horrible job keeping us informed and never stuck to the dates they committed to. When they could not meet the deadlines, they just made up stories like models are discontinued and were constantly asking us to change the models we had selected. I would not recommend Teletime for your appliance needs.

horrible customer service after having…

horrible customer service after having bought a 65 inch q80r, it arrived broken, i called plenty of times getting told that i would get updates on shipment of another one the same day, which i didnt get. finally asked for a refund.

I recently purchased a Samsung 82" QLED…

I recently purchased a Samsung 82" QLED TV from the Kitchener Teletime location. Amandeep was my salesman. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with the best pricing by comparison to any store including Costco! I also wanted to mention the two delivery drivers.
Vikram & Dhillon. These two gentleman were extremely polite, careful and courteous and also helped us move some things around and went over and above to help us ! We will be recommending Teletime to all our family and friends.

Sorry that we thought negatively about your business before

We bought a Samsung Q70R 55” tv at CNE. Previously left a 1-star rating but we have changed our rating now because of some misunderstanding.
1) there was a tape residue on the tv screen but there was nothing sticking on the tv when it arrive. 2) After back and forth with the sales rep they agree to an exchange so we bought it back to the store and they were able to use some chemical to remove the tape residue but because there is a residue and nothing was sticking on the tv when it arrive we thought it was an open box product that we received. We inform the rep about our concern but was told their product is new and that the product we have is a new tv and they will not exchange it since the problem is solve. We did watch YouTube open box video and all tv came with An initial film on the tv screen. So we were pretty upset at that time 3) yesterday my dad took a flashlight to examine the tv at home and realize that the screen film was still on it and no one realize it. Which also mean the rep was right, our tv was new. Our rep John saw my negative review online on different websites and reached out to me today. I explain the situation and told him that we were sorry. I feel bad for the review. Therefore I have removed my initial review and revise my rating and explain the situation again here. They do care about their customer and their experience. I’m truly sorry. We will buy from them again in the future if we need anything else.

Very disappointed in this new company…

Very disappointed in this new company in Kitchener. Put a deposit on a freezer. Supposed to be delivered within a week. Called many times to get hung up on during the second week of waiting. Finally was told another date only for it to not arrive. Another few phone calls to find out another week before delivery. That would be 3 weeks after purchase. Went and got money back. Disappointed to an extreme.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with them…

I had a HORRIBLE experience with them and 11 months later I'm still trying to get them to do the right, honest and ethical thing by fixing the issue.
During delivery the delivery persons unboxed the couch before bringing it up to my apartment and obviously ripped the back of the couch. Then during the second delivery, the cushion for the chaise was unstitched. For both issues, I sent them an email before the delivery persons left.
With the TV's my order was over $4000 and that's how I've been treated so BEWARE.
It's been 11 months and now they want me to come into the store.
The Salesperson, sales manager and store manager do not really care once you make the initial purchase.
No one should ever return to this place for a second chance because I've given them over 6 chances.

Excellent customer Service

We had been to Teletime Rutherford location to buy Dishwasher. While we visited their showroom, it was a totally different experience. We found their staff very friendly and helpful specially Mr Navjot Singh and Jessica. They have very good knowledge about the products and they have very good customer service skills. With their good deal we decided to buy additionally the Gas cooking range, Sony TV, King Bed, Sofa set and bought them all on the same day along with the dishwasher. Even we appreciate their delivery services as the delivery staff was very courteous and punctual.

Their manager Mr Sharma was found to be very helping nature and customer oriented. I recommend everyone to buy their appliances and furniture at teletime rutherford location.

Awesome service

Awesome service, got a great deal on a Samsung soundbar. Customer service fast to respond and very helpful. They had sold out of the item I ordered so offered me a free upgrade to the model above. Highly recommended.

Initial communication with Teletime was…

Initial communication with Teletime was concerning but once I made communication with Jasdeep via email it was great.
Jasdeep was very responsive and helpful in taking care of the replacement washing machine covered under warranty.

Never buy anything from Teletime

Never buy anything from Teletime. The delivery persons are rude and demand extra money to move the old appliances.
The will tell you the delivery is free in GTA but we ended up paying more that what the delivery charges would have been from the big box store. The delivery person demanded $35 to move the old fridge and $80 to move the washer and dryer. The salesman told us to pay them $25 and the old appliances will be removed. The washer and dryer was to be installed in working condition. They refused to install it. The salesman sent somebody else to install it the next day but this person had no idea what he was doing and did more damage to the the the piping. I had to get a plumber to fix the water leaks left by this person.
Never again that I will step inside the Teletime store.

Teletime never removes any old appliances nor do we promise customers. If a customer requests to remove our delivery driver are instructed to reject any offers. Delivering appliances is not an easy job and removing any old appliances is definitely tuffer.

As for the installation: our delivery personals are good at what they do and that’s deliver products into the customers home. They are NOT installers. I guess you have experienced this in first hand what happens if you have someone another than a installer come in to do the job. This is exactly why we don’t let our drivers to doan install. It’s better to pay a professional to do the job.

Very Bad Experience at Markham Store

I bought a TV n Sound bar system from Markham store. I would not ever refer or buy anything from that store.

I’ve had my best experience of buying appliances at this store. It’s all because of Mr. Ahmad’s exceptional customer service and going out of his way to satisfy the customers is what overwhelmed me. From purchase to delivery he was right there to make this transaction smooth for our 2 new home appliances order. I will not go anywhere else. Forget the big box stores!!!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Prince at the CNE and I was very impressed with his customer service skills. He was very knowledgeble and considerate in answering all my questions. When he was unsure he took the time to look up the details so I was able to feel very confortable with my decisions on brands and prices.
