I purchased a washer/dryer from them at the CNE and there was a misinformation regarding the purchase. They were straight up with the misinformation and we came to an agreeable resolution. I was very pleased with the outcome and would recommend their company.

Hi: Performance of Staff
Hi:
Sales Person - Mr. Param at Etobicoke is Excellent guy including very humble and we are very happy with his service;
We have a big concern regarding your delivery staff because he has already mention in our invoice that we need delivery of stove in basement but delivery guy are not done it and we have to pay around 100 dollars to our contractor for that work;
Delivery guy has also refused to fix the handle of Samsung Freeze and just left without any courtesy;

We received a flyer to advertise the items that were on special - we happened to be looking for a sofa set that same weekend - so we visited the location and received great customer service and attention from A.R.
The delivery was done on time and then we also received a follow up call to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. A very good sales experience!
