Notwithstanding I did get a refund, my beef is that this company wanted to charge me a premium for what 99% if companies do not and that is, simply removing VAT as we are Zero rated by HMRC for same.

I cannot recommend Temptation Gifts highly enough! It is a family owned company and it is so rare to find customer service this excellent. They truly go the extra mile to really ensure quality and customer satisfaction… all whilst being so polite, helpful and easy to contact - in fact a JOY to get in touch with! You simply do not find that anywhere else. This is a one-off company. I would never hesitate to recommend them, and when I need future gifts they will my first point of call.

Awful service. The manager if you could call her that. Swans around like a child in a nursery, any queries you may have are simply not dealt with and to be honest the staff are more interested in chasing each other round the shop talking in silly voices. Well I’m sorry, but I expect a standard of professionalism and this was way way below. I’m shocked with the immaturity of the management team and won’t be shopping in this store again.

Fantastic customer service. First time ordering from temptation gifts and I would highly recommend. They quickly answered a query I had and my items arrived very fast and exactly as described.

Fantastic service! I ordered on two separate occasions during December, both parcels were packed and sent within a few hours and both received next day! Excellent service whilst all other deliveries and companies were delayed due to Christmas and various strikes. Cannot fault!

Just love these guys, they sell such quirky unique quality items at reasonable prices. At present when they say they will deliver they do and on time. Keep up the good work.

I bought a mug from the website. They shipped it with Royal Mail. Apparently Royal Mail without attending to deliver returned it to the sender. On the tracking information they claimed that I was not a resident at my address anymore. Although I was in all day waiting for the parcel. When I complained to Temptation Gifts customer service they just sent me the link to the tracking and saying that my parcel was delivered so I should double check. The tracking clearly states that the package was returned to them even showing a photo of their door where it was left by the mailman. I'm very unhappy with their customer service. Stil waiting for them to refund or resend the mug that was supposed to be a Christmas present.

My order because of some mistake by the Royal mail or maybe their mistake was returned back to them without even trying to deliver. When I asked them to send the package back to me as soon as possible the customer service representetive said they will send the parcel to me as soon as they get it. The issue is they already have the parcel (as evident by checking the Royal Mail tracking) so they didn't even bother to check. Be careful with this company if you are buying gifts for Christmas.

Brilliant company, very helpful customer service. Have used this company several times to buy affordable and lovely gifts. Well packaged and fast delivery. Will continue to use Temptation Gifts in the future.

Fantastic company. I've ordered from them twice (Yankee candles and bath bombs). I've found them to have the most competitive prices on Yankee candles (hence the two orders)! They dispatch really quickly, and the candles have been very well packaged and protected. Thoroughly recommend them.
