I’ve been working with Tempting Recruitment for nearly 6 years now, and I can’t speak highly enough of how well they look after us. From my consultant, Tyrese, who regularly checks in to make sure everything is going smoothly with my placement, to Deja, the Senior Recruitment Administrator, and Ryah, the Recruitment Administrator.
They are always incredibly busy, yet they still take the time to ensure our timesheets are submitted on time, even when I’m late or forget completely. They consistently follow up to make sure we’re all paid on time each week, which makes a huge difference.
Deja and Ryah are truly wonderful people who do an amazing job, and they are a big part of what makes this such a great recruitment agency.
I would highly recommend Tempting to anyone looking for a well paid role, great support, and a reliable agency.

So where do I start? I'm an experienced and highly qualified worker. I was approached by a former colleague who suggested my experience would be of interest to this company so I provided my details to them for a great advertised position.

No response regarding my application, no feedback and no response to my follow-up emails.

In summary, If you have any level of self worth I would suggest you apply for positions via another recruitment agency.

So where do I start, my advice is DO NOT USE!

I found the manger to be very pushy and not professional at all as she sent my NI, full name and DOB ( which is a data breech ) to every email address she could find in the companies, for a reference knowing that you can only obtain references from an HR department ( which I supplied) so sending a reference request to the Account payable team and I.T from my previous company over 8 times in less than 24 hours which was harassments did not help the good rapport that I have with my previous managers and one of my previous company actually BLOCK her from the server!
I understand that they just want the job and commission but from my prospective they have just IRRIATED 😡 all my previous managers so when I next need a reference from them they are not going to be so accommodating.
I did raise this with the compliance manager who after going back and forth I finally got an apologue.

I will say that their payroll is outstanding as any emails that I sent through with question I wouldn't get a response from any of the workforce except payroll so keep up the great work girls and thank you for being so professional.
