Their communication from start to finish was fantastic.
They sent me an itemised break down of the work to be done with a start time of 9.30am on my chosen date.
The work carried out was of a professional standard with fantastic results. The staff were polite and friendly. The deep clean was a great experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of using a home cleaning team.

Tenancy Cleaner proved to be the right choice for us
We found Tenancy Cleaner after checking out several other cleaning companies and we are happy that we settled for the right one. They arrived on time and actually phoned me earlier that day to see if it was convenient to come an hour earlier, which it was, so that helped. We were having my late mum's property cleaned prior to marketing and even though we only chose to have the carpets vacuumed rather than deep cleaned, the whole place was left noticeably clean throughout. The communication was polite and friendly and I would gladly recommend Tenancy Cleaner to others on our experience.

Avoid if you want your deposit back
The satisfaction guarantee is useless. Hired for an end of tenancy clean. Initial clean was acceptable everywhere but the en-suite bathroom. The company was quick to get the same cleaners back, but did not manage to clean the bathroom to the standards of the flat management company. The cleaners claimed limescale was permanent damage (others were able to remove it). The lacks of satisfactory clean resulted in a £300 cleaning fee. After going back and forth with TenancyCleaners, they offered me a £21 refund (70% of the bathroom cleaning price). Considering the price I paid for the clean, and the fee this was not an acceptable outcome. Separately, one of the cleaners was aggressive, intimidating, and a bit of a bully. For the price point, there are better more reputable companies.
EDIT: Despite the claims that the limescale in the bathroom was a long term issue, it was not. The TenancyCleaner cleaners were able to remove it from easy to reach areas. Another company got the rest of it.
With regard to the behavior of one of the cleaner, I called immediately after the cleaners left the second time. It’s unreasonable to think a call like that would happen during, that would be a bigger risk. I further documented the full extent of the behavior in my email that evening. Both the call and the first response promised an investigation. I’d be happy to forward that email chain.

When you raised concerns regarding the en-suite bathroom, we acted promptly and arranged for the same team to return and address the areas highlighted. Following our review, the refund offered was calculated specifically based on the areas that were flagged and the proportion of the service they represented. The £21 refund represented approximately 70% of the bathroom cleaning charge and was intended as a fair resolution based on the scope of the complaint.
Regarding the limescale, our position remains that the affected areas were heavily affected by long-term mineral deposits and deterioration. In our assessment, the remaining marks were not removable through standard cleaning methods. If the management company ultimately charged £300 specifically to address the limescale issue, this would suggest that replacement of fixtures such as taps or fittings may have been required, rather than additional cleaning alone, as severely affected limescale can become permanently bonded to surfaces and cause irreversible damage.
We also take any concerns regarding staff conduct seriously. Had this been raised with us during the service, we would have investigated the matter immediately.
While we regret that we could not reach a resolution that met your expectations, we did respond promptly, arranged a return visit, and calculated compensation based on the areas identified in the complaint. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best going forward.

I went through tenancycleaner.com and they were so amazing throughout the process, they even helped me with pricing and everything the team was so nice and helpful I couldn’t recommend them enough. My deep clean service was carried out by ZA Cleaning Team Scotland, they arrived early and waited outside until the agreed upon time. The team was so polite and took everything I asked of them onboard, it also took them the entire day so clearly they cared about the job! As I came home I walked into basically a new home and was shocked and so happy as my disabilities and being in hospital so much had put me in a bad position. I really couldn’t recommend this company and team enough as they have gave me my life back! 10/10

Very disappointed with both the service…
Very disappointed with both the service and customer support. I paid £130 for a washing machine clean, but the entire job lasted around 15 minutes and consisted of little more than a quick wipe of the drum and detergent drawer. There was no thorough or professional clean carried out as expected.
When I raised my concerns afterwards, customer service was dismissive and simply stated that because I had paid at the time, there was nothing they would do. Overall, poor value for money and an extremely frustrating experience.
