The site itself is very user friendly, the product SKU's are all but endless, and the customer service has been quite good. Every time I have had a question, required a quote, or requested a refund or exchange for purchased product, the representatives I have talked to have been accommodating and helpful. After a few instances where other suppliers or distributors would have turned me away, especially during a global pandemic, Tenaquip pushed forward to ensure I was taken care of.
