Should be "0" stars but they won't let you write a review without at least one star. I placed an order April 3, 2020 and it's now June 1, 2020. I haven't received any part of my order. They have updated my tracking info at least 3 times with the original "on it's way" date 4/7 and now the most recent "on it's way date is 5/29. Their constant remarks to me when i make inquiries is "we can't help it, it's due to Covid-19/China issues. REALLY? As of April 7, it was on it's way... then what, back to China? Btw, there's no phone number to call, anywhere. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! NOT UNLESS YOU'RE PREPARED TO WAIT MULTIPLE MONTHS. I'M STILL NOT SURE I'LL REALLY EVER GET THE MERCHANDISE.

Furious. I ordered baby boy clothes for the summer 5/23 and still nor any eta. This place is a SCAM!!!!!

SHOULD BE ZERO STARS! I too wish I knew about this company before placing an order! Took over a month to receive order which came today and only received one item but I ordered 3 outfits. Label says two items? You can't call plus never stated coming from China! And won't refund you?? Terrible customer service as taken days to reply to emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! The quality of clothing is also cheap...prices are high! FRAUD!!!

Says location China ! I told them
To cancel my order cause by the time it comes it will be too small! They said no they couldn’t So frustrating! Do not order from them!!! If I could do a zero rating I would!

I ordered two things from here in April 15th and it is May 19th and I still have not received it. When I track it, it says it is still in China. Do not order from this company. I was ordering for a baby shower and it never arrived. I ordered from another company and received it within a week and it didn’t come from China. Poor customer service.

I also have not received an order that was placed April 4th, and it is still in China. There needs to be a statement on this website that the items come from China and currently it is taking at least two months (who knows, maybe more) for shipping. It is not fair to the consumer that we were not made aware of this. Many of us buy as gifts. My order was placed a month prior to my grandson’s first birthday, which was 3 weeks ago. The last time I checked, package was still waiting to leave China. The quality of the clothes is not the issue, but I may never be able to comment on that. They look nice but if they never get here... unhappy.

I totally wished I would have read these reviews before placing an order. I placed my other a month ago and still "in transit". So very unhappy with this company. My granddaughter will be to big to wear these clothes if they ever arrive. What a disappointment!

It's been over 60 days since I placed my order and I still do not have my merchandise. This site is a scam.

If I could give one star, I would. I placed 3 separate orders. One on April 14th, two on April 17th. All three of them have not moved from their location in China since order date. I wish I looked up the reviews before I spent my money on this company. I emailed the company about a week ago asking what the hold up was- they blamed it on the lack of flights due to covid19. I have ordered other things internationally and recieved them in 2 weeks, if that. So that can’t still be their excuse. I just emailed the company asking for my money back on all orders. We will see if they actually respond. Very disappointing...

Fraudulent seller! Items never shipped. Seller refuses to refund money. Company is located in China but pretends to be in North America.

I'd say NO stars if possible. They charged me for items ordered 7 weeks ago. Tracking says in transit IN CHINA! Would have NEVER ordered had i known that! Same story with Hazel and Bo. Must be another bogus UK outfit! Now what?

I also have not received my order. Thought these products were coming from Canada but they are coming from China. They give you a tracking # if you ask for it but I think this is a scam because the package is still in China and has not moved for a week. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ALSO HAVE OTHER SITES UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES SO BEWARE!

Still waiting its been more than a month. Falsely advertised as being in BC canada in fact coming from China. I would never have ordered. Wonder if I will have to pay duty. Never again !!!!!

I ordered an outfit on October 31 and still have not received it. I am afraid if I ever get it it will be too small. I have sent numerous emails I’ll get a response within the week but same thing in customs. The last email (today) states they will check with shipping. Beginning to think it never shipped. I will never buy anything from this place again.

Shocking quality. Looks absolutely nothing like the picture! Tried to contact via email, Facebook and Instagram and no reply on any. Avoid!

The outfit I bought is very cute! Bought for my nephew who has not arrived yet so cant speak on sizing. Shipping could have been faster, I think it was about 3 weeks in the end. I'll definitely buy again!

Purchased 1/22/19 never received. They sent a replacement 3/8/19 and it’s still in preshipment. My friend will have had her baby by the time I ever get this item. This is a scam. They took my money but I have nothing for it.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!! Everything looks so cute and I fell right into the trap. I ordered over a month ago and still have not received anything. At this point it is getting to warm for my son to even wear the hoodie set that I bought.
