I ordered a single divan bed on Sat 15 Aug. It was delivered on Monday 17 Aug by a very pleasant young man who brought it into my house for me. On the day of delivery I received a call with delivery time slot, and later a call from the driver when he was close by. Excellent service. Very pleased with the bed. Superb mattress. The best nights sleep I've had in a long time

I bought a wardrobe from this outfit. When I'd almost completed, I found twelve screws to be missing, meaning I had to go out and buy some. That wasn't the big problem though: two of the drawers do not line up so they won't close properly. This appears to be a design fault. I've raised it with their customer service who asked for a video and photos, which I duly sent. Now they are asking for the part numbers and a photo of the box (?). The saga continues.

Three times I've been advised my bed will be replaced due to a fault, I've received phone calls to advise of delivery time slot, you've let me down on all three occasions with no contact from you. If this matter is not rectified then I will take the matter further.

Fantastic service. I will be ordering again and again.

Shocking service and still an outstanding item after being forgotten in the initial delivery. Now no one speaks or responds to messages. Initial delivery if a bed!!! Called at 3 in the afternoon, that i needed to upgrade to 2 draws if I wanted the contacted delivery date. Tread with care.

Ordered 3 mattresses and 1 divan base 2 of these mattresses were for my grandchildren’s bunk beds who live in Oxfordshire so these were not used until they visited in the summer holidays one these had the springs rattling inside after a arduous process via WhatsApp I was informed that I needed to contact them within 14 days no consideration and especially no human contact just legal speak I recommend you read the Terms and Conditions before you do anything

The bed was in good condition. Delivery in time.e 2 /3 days.

Excellent service. Ordered two beds and they were delivered the same evening. I was constantly kept up to date with timings. Beds are great and I will be ordering from this company again.

Think most of these reviews are fake,as my experience has been absolutely shocking ,ordered a bed Tuesday night was told its getting delivered Wednesday......Wednesday comes delivery moved to Thursday, Thursday comes get a phone call its
Getting delivered between 4-6 gets to 2 o clock phone call oh we no longer have the bed you ordered in stock ,we do have one that's £30 dearer tho,to which I'd declined was told they'd get back to me each they obviously didn't ,appalling behaviour from a company that over a 4* rating
