Mainly fun family time
I was given threes lanes to start a 6;30pm session. Because a party attended late, l was told that one of my lanes was allocated to them. Only when l was gong to request a refund where they moved to another lane. Also had to wait for another party to finish their game in a lane allocated to my party. The AC wasn’t good it was very hot and sweaty. The Half price offer was helpful in this economy. The main thing is m party had a fun time together.

Customer service sucks
Customer service sucks! We have to wait for long time to be served and the staff completely ignored us when we asked for help.

Too hot.
Always good, but it’s too hot because there’s no air conditioning in the building. It gets so hot that I end up sweating while I’m bowling👎🏽

The experience was good the only two faults was there was balls stuck in the gutters on the lane and drinks tasted watered down

A really fun day out for my son's 7th…
A really fun day out for my son's 7th Birthday. The staff and team were very attentive, and made the party run very smoothly. We booked Lazer Tag which was super fun for all! My only criticism was that we bought the food package alongside and the quality of the food (pizza's particularly) was awful!

Staff were not friendly. Had to book the 2nd game online in front of them as the desk price was higher not helpful at all

I paid for two bowling games as well as…
I paid for two bowling games as well as two additional children at Tenpin. While the children were playing, I also ordered pizzas separately.
Later, I noticed an offer displayed on one of the screens advertising one hour of bowling with a free pizza. I asked a member of staff about it, and she confirmed that the offer was genuine. However, she said she would need to charge me for an additional game in order to apply the offer.
I found this confusing and disappointing, as I had already paid for my bowling and purchased pizzas separately without being informed that this promotion was available. Had I known about the offer beforehand, I would have chosen that option instead. I feel customers should be made aware of promotions at the time of purchase so they can make an informed decision.
