Dear Manager,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the way I was treated during my recent visit\.

I had booked a bowling session for **8:00 pm**, and my booking email clearly stated that we should arrive **15 minutes before the game starts**, so I arrived at approximately **7:45 pm**\.

I approached the lady at the counter and politely explained that I had booked bowling and asked where we should go\. She told me that I had to come back at 8:00 pm and that I had to wait for 15 minutes\. I explained that my booking email specifically instructed us to arrive 15 minutes before the game, but she dismissed this and told me, in a very rude and unhelpful manner, that I had to come back at 8:00 pm\.

I found her attitude extremely disappointing and unnecessary\. Rather than helping us with our booking, she made us feel as though we were causing a problem by arriving at the time we had been instructed to arrive\.

I therefore waited nearby\. After she moved away, I approached another member of staff and explained the situation\. The other lady immediately checked the booking and sorted out our bowling lane without any issue\. This made me even more confused as to why the first member of staff could not have simply helped us in the same way\.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced poor treatment from this particular lady\. I regularly visit your venue, including at breakfast time, and I have noticed that her attitude towards me has repeatedly been unfriendly and disrespectful\.

I am a regular customer and I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect\. I am particularly disappointed because the problem could have been resolved very easily if she had simply checked our booking instead of speaking to me in such a dismissive manner\.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this incident and address the way customers are being treated\. I hope that future visits will be a much more positive experience\.

I like the venue. Plenty of parking and spacious place. No waiting time.

We had a great time with our children.

Was amazing few hours. The manager lynz really went above and beyond for our visit had a small issue and she handled it superbly we will be back again before kids go back to school.

We popped down for a game, but the place was a real letdown. The whole venue looks completely dull, dated, and in dire need of a proper modern lick of paint.
Unfortunately, it wasn't just the tired decor that put us off. The place felt rather untidy overall, and to top it all off, the bowling balls were filthy and sticky to touch.
You expect a basic level of cleanliness and upkeep for a family outing, but this missed the mark completely. Won't be bothering to come back, and definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Staff were amazing 👏 had a great time with the kids , very good offers.

Friendly and atemptive staff, and very helpful

The bowling alley we were assigned had not been cleared of the previous occupants’ debris which we had to clear ourselves. Chips and salt over the floor and seats and the remains of their meals in cardboard.
We were told it was ready for us.
The bowling was fine although I think if we come again we shall only book one game

I had such a lovely experience at StarCity Tenpin and really enjoyed my visit. The atmosphere was great, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout. Zaynab in particular stood out to me because she was so kind, helpful and attentive when serving us food. She made sure we had everything we needed and took the time to make us feel welcomed and looked after. Her friendly attitude and great customer service made a big difference to our experience. It’s clear she puts effort into making customers feel comfortable and happy. Thank you, Zaynab, for making our visit such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend StarCity Tenpin to others!

Bowling was really good, had a great time and one worker called zaynab was really great and she was especially helpful in ensuring everything went well, helped us out when we needed it, really nice 😊

I cudnt decide where to take my granchildren for a treat they asked to ho bowling never been b4 but we all had a lovely day my grandchildren loved it

The summer offer was great, apart from the prices for drinks at the bar which are ridiculously high, can go Aldi n buy a pack for the price of 1 kids drink, n slushes are cheaper then squash drinks that needs a rethink a fruit shoot shud not cost more then a slush but otherwise was a great experience

Went out for my daughters birthday, paid for pizza and 1hr of bowling.
They never had any pizza dough for pizza so they offered up burger meals.
We thought great.
Took almost the hour for them to come, was meant to come with cheese and sauce on the burgers, but they came plain.
We asked for some ketchup, to be told they haven't got any, which is a bit 🤔.
The bowling side of things were good though and the staff were good. Overall we enjoyed our day.

Just would like to give my feedback to a staff member at the bowling arcade her name is Sky a very pleasent young lady with great customer service skills whom made our vist very enjoyable and went far and beyond, a great asset to star city and tenpin

Staff responded to issues with the bowling alley well.

I booked a family day out for bowling. The Que was very big and they where short staffed even though I had pre booked it.when a bowling alley was assigned to us the table was full off mess and the floor had liquid split on it. Even asking several times for it be cleaned up no one attended
