Karaoke party disaster
Booked a Karaoke Popstar package for my daughter which says is for 90 minutes of karaoke, includes props and gift for birthday person. The room was dirty with dried on ketchup everywhere, the props were half broken, deflated dirty items just left in the room from previous parties I presume. The mics kept not working, despite multiple requests to sort we ended up with one working intermittently and the karaoke screen kept lagging and freezing. None of the girls could pick songs they wanted and had to use a generic list that we finally managed to queue up so 11 year olds stuck singing ABBA, Queen and Dolly Parton. Manager said nothing they could do to fix and offered a game of bowling which my daughter declined as she’d wanted a karaoke party. The karaoke advertised for 90 mins was only set for 60 mins and we were expected to vacate the room prior to our 90 mins being up so they could have the next booking in there. Food was 4 pizzas in takeaway boxes, not cut up properly, no plates, no napkins. Only thing I will say is that I did get a full refund after a bit of back and forth with the two managers who initially told me they ‘don’t do refunds as a rule’. Really disappointing party and shame for my daughter who had been so excited for it.

Had a fun night
Had a fun night , 7 of us visited £65 for all of us to have 1 game, a very resizable price.The kids also enjoyed the arcade area. our 2 lanes could have been cleaned down as there was left over food and drinks left behind by the last guest's Which I had to clear.

Wonderful softplay with great system in…
Wonderful softplay with great system in place. The concerns are for how busy it is, they need a better system to get drinks, as it seems very backwards and I queued for over 30 minutes for a drink. Music is so loud, can’t hear each other sitting at the tables.

The new outlay is super really liked…
The new outlay is super really liked it. However with a bowling slot time booked it took nearly 15 mins+ to get drinks. The bar staff didn’t even acknowledge us throughout at that time and then served another customer, lacked customer appreciation and service. I think for a busier evening need a couple more staff and further training in being in a customer facing role. Put us off getting more drinks later. But the venue was really good thank you.

Daughters 4th Birthday
Came here for my daughters 4th birthday and she was loving bowling for her own turns this time. She was super happy that she got her very first strike while she was playing, she has also seen that there is now soft play up there too so we will be bringing her back so she can have ago on there. 5* everytime, staff are friendly and apologised about the wait that we had as we started bowling 10 mins late. Since the soft play has been put in, it has made it look so much bigger in there as it is more open and easier to get around.

Great bowling but poor pizza
Great bowling but poor pizza.
Love bowling and the arcade though the addition of soft play made it heaving.
The pizza was shameful more crust than any topping, shame can't attach the picture.

Far to much going on now the play area…
Far to much going on now the play area is there, daughter couldn't cope even with her ear defenders on, had to leave half way through game.
Not enough staff for that amount of people either!!

Expensive, long queues, portions and quality of food was crap
Well as you just opened new things you would think more people would serve. It was packed, the queues were long. I paid for my 9 year old son to go in the play area then they said they were full so come back in 25 mins, which my son has adhd and waiting was long, then when he went back they told him he was too tall so I had to explain he's 9 and I already paid he was then let in. Then food was pricey for what I got a small handful of chips and half a batch? Certainly wasn't impressed i spent over £100 in total and what an expensive disappointment

The revamped venue is a great…
The revamped venue is a great improvement but on the day our party arrived for our 3 lane 16 person (prebooked) session, we were greeted by a 20 minute queue to register our session. Only one reception position manned. Only 2 of our 3 prebooked lanes were available to use , the third necessitating a further 20 minute wait for the lane to become free.(not good with 8 small grandchildren eager to get going) overall staff were totally overwhelmed but polite and helpful. Lesson learnt Dont go at busy time!!!

Great for kids but expensive and staff seem uninterested in being there
Kids had a great time in the new soft play & darts area. Darts quite expensive for a weekend 30 minute session which make it harder for families to enjoy all that there is to offer which makes for sad children if this cannot be accommodated on each trip here.
Staff at bar area struggling with working on there own, huge ques of people waiting and no one really seems to be enthusiastic enough to move at a quicker pace. Would come back as soft play was a huge hit with kids

Massive ques
Massive ques. Table service over 45 minutes. Soft play had to be pre booked but didn't state anywhere so I had an upset little one and we went back. Ram packed only half the tables to number of families booked in it was ridiculous and the music was so loud you couldn't hold a conversation, mid afternoon. Coventry

We took the kids bowling and had food…
We took the kids bowling and had food as well. We booked for 8pm and when we went to the lane there was people still using the bowling lane. So you have to stand and wait until there finished and there not happy because they are being rushed to finish. Then the lanes stopped working and had to wait for about 15 mins then got told to move lanes. Food is not great.
