The lane was booked for 6pm and cut off at just after 6.30 without the kids finishing their game - it just cut off mid play. If staff are starting your time early then staff should inform you what time it is going to cut off as we expected play 6pm to 7pm as was booked and the kids started playing at 6pm!

Brilliant place for a family evening out. Staff very friendly, food is good and there plenty of other things to do there as well as bowling.

The place is great I have never had a bad experience . The place is always clean and tidy. Bins are emptied. We always enjoy our visit. The only thing I will say this time is there were some adults sat at a table near the bar and the language for a family establishment was appalling but that’s not the companies fault. I always find staff very accommodating. There is ample parking . Always a pleasure .

Disappointing sub par laser tag arena!!
We came for laser tag.
Booking the activity was all good and the call centre staff were friendly and helpful as were the staff at Dewsbury TenPin.
The laser tag arena was very disappointing. Too small and thus lacking any challenge for participants.

We booked two games with cheesey nachos…
We booked two games with cheesey nachos on arrival we tried to change to 3 games but was refused and told after we played our games come back and book one more game which costed more, the nachos were terrible and all stuck together in one big lump. It's a shame the place was a lot quieter than last time we went which I'm sure was in part to do with service received.

Came here with my girlfriend and a group of friends for a night out after a long and stressful day at work. Everything started off well, and we went to play bowling. I ordered food for myself and my girlfriend, but after 35 minutes and two turns into the first game, nothing had arrived.
I went to speak with a member of staff to find out what was causing the delay, only to be told that they hadn’t even seen the food order receipt. The food hadn’t been started and was only prepared after we had finished our games.
What makes this even more disappointing is that the venue was virtually empty, with very few customers in the building at the time. Unfortunately, the service fell well below expectations, and based on this experience, I will likely not be returning.

Good deals rubbish pizza
Did the x2 games and a free drink for £10 which was amazing value.
However I ordered a pizza separately and it was like eating cardboard, it didn’t feel like a freshly made pizza definitely pre made but it was well overcooked and had no flavour so would not recommend the pizza.
Enjoyed the cheesy chips and liked the fact you could swap the cheese sauce for melted cheese.
