Really like it there, going today actually with my mum.
Staff really nice and friendly.
I’ve knocked a star off for these reasons.. it’s so hot in there! Throughout summer I’ve wanted to play pool after bowling but after a while the heat in there is unbearable and have to leave. Feel sorry for staff in that all shift.
And secondly the discount code I get, one time it didn’t work and the staff said they have no way to put it through there system in store, now unsure if that’s a lie or the staff are untrained.
As someone who works in retail there’s always override code, especially when it’s a regular customer to keep the longevity of the loyalty to said customer.

Great place to go bowling with family
Great place to go bowling with family. Food was okay but took a while to get to us. It wasn't that busy. But overall a great afternoon visit.

Poor management and drink
Poor management and drink time. Only 2 staff on Management in office . Took about 30 minutes after ordering on app . Technical issues on our lane with about 10 minutes left took about 15 for someone to sort out .

First time ive been since it opened
First time ive been since it opened. Took all the kids so there was 6 of us. We got the family deal with the pizza for £40 which i thought was a fantastic price. There's loads more to do in there (costs extra) the kids absolutely loved it and so did i. We will be defo booking to go again.
