My daughter had a fab birthday party
My daughter had a fab birthday party! The staff were great, the kids lived the balloon modelling and the food was really great. Found price really reasonable, would go again.

Customer service good food poor
Customer service excellent. Food was dry and portion size poor. Will not eat here again. Happy to bowl and use the arcade and pool tables.

Dewsbury Tenpin and Heidi
I'm a regular to the Dewsbury TenPin and if it's not me bringing my little boy it's another family member. There's plenty to do and we love it here! But I have to say, I visited on the 6th march and the loveliest girl called Heidi served me, what a difference it makes when you receive service like that! She was polite, nothing was too much trouble and an all round lovely person! She's a credit to this venue!

Not good I booked for 5 people and they only put 1 on the board and took them 15 mins to sort it out and didn't restart the games so we lost 15 mins of our 1 hour slot absolutely shocking

The margarita pizza was shocking , looked like a shit Asda pizza which needed a whole lot more cheese , asked for a refund didn’t even get that and got told That’s how it comes and the customer service was rubbish was waiting a lot to even register
