Not enough staff
Never have enough staff on, always waiting to get checked in, served etc. Had to go back to check in 20 minutes after we were supposed to be on a lane. When we arrived said the lane wasn't ready but they would give us a shout when it was. The person who we spoke to then disappeared, looked like she was supporting a party or something, never came back and saw multiple other groups arriving and being assigned lanes. When we got our lane, my wife has to clean up the area removing drinks and wiping up the dirty surfaces.

Bowling & food
Booked online for 2 rounds of bowling & food for 5 people. Had to enquire 3 times about the food. Was left waiting still after finishing two rounds of bowling for food to be ordered in the kitchen.

Great bowling and arcades - shame there was no food left!
We booked for two games of bowling. The bowling alley was well-lit with spacious booths to sit. There's lots of arcade games and entertainment for after the bowling and plenty of space to sit and have a drink. The only disappointment was that they had barely no food left on the menu, with the exception of vegan nuggets, forcing us to leave and order food from the nearby KFC when we probably would have stayed longer.

Great place to go plenty to do other…
Great place to go plenty to do other than bowling .. it’s become a regular place to take my teenage son to play pool. Only criticism is that I feel sometimes (not all the time) the music can be far too loud and struggle to hold a conversation. Staff always friendly and helpful 😊
