Table was dirty on arrival
Table was dirty on arrival , after setting up the game I had to go ask for someone to clear the table and to help set up the bumpers for the kids , I had pushed the help button but after 10 mins no one appeared, it did look like they were short staffed but basic cleanliness should be priority

To be fair this was the first time we had an issue, stood in queue told another 10 minutes, then stood in queue again to be told someone else had started using the lane we where in, the two young people who where left to deal with it done the best they could, felt sorry for them,finally got sorted, but a wee bit stressful at the time

Great night at Tenpin Falkirk
We had a great experience at Tenpin. The areas inside were clean and tidy. The noise level was fine, music not too loud. Staff were attentive and smartly dressed, giving a professional appearance. We used the Thursday eat and bowl deal which was great value for money. Our only negative would be that we would rather have eaten after our bowling session and not during our playing.

We had a great visit as always. Our 2 boys played in the arcade too and they won several prizes much to their excitement! We also enjoyed some fast food whilst we played.

Nice bowling alley, quite busy but very efficient and kept tidy, staff were friendly and we're cleaning constantly, lanes in good condition, recommend.

Experience was just ok
Full experience was just ok. Bowling was really good for the family however the food was disappointing, missing items and just not of great quality - even my children refused to eat. Some of the arcade machines were needing attention for running ticket errors or jammed coins with little to no staff available to ask

Booked online and when we got to venue I was told we were to be off within a hour so we had to rush our games, took my girls so they could have food and enjoy themselves, all of the kitchen equipment was broken and were only serving pizzas which I could see other people were not enjoying them, the place was an absolutely mess with rubbish and pizza boxes everywhere, all in all we did not have a great time at all!!! very disappointing

From start to finish we had a great time.
From start to finish we had a great time. We had been a few times but week before we were allocated Lane 20 which we all loved so I asked if we could possibly have it again and we're delighted (it's a quieter part of the alleys) and we had a great time. There were enough different size bowling balls to suit our needs too.

Not what I requested
I attempted to book the bowling for my children as a treat and wanted the the special aisle now known as party aisles in Falkirk branch these lanes are lanes 19 and 20. Initially when booking by reservations team the payment timed out. So was advised to make booking my self and call back to request this the team didnt know of a VIP lane which is available at hollywood bowl but in ten pin known as party aisles the advisor mentioned disability access which I thought was the one at the time. After booking 2 games with food I was disappointed to know it wasnt the lane I requested. My children and I were gutted. When I contacted the reservations team I was being made out to be a liar and not being understood at all.
