The staff at Glenrothes Tenpin were so lovely, helpful, attentive, warm and friendly. They even opened the door early on a Sunday to let us in! Top marks Tenpin for customer service both on the telephone and in person at the bowling alley. Good facility, good food, good value and lovely little extras for children’s party including balloons and gift bag for birthday girl / boy. And the bowling is just such fun! The arcade at the entranceway is good fun too though could be a little distracting at first for party arrivals!

12th Birthday Party
We booked here for my daughters 12th birthday - we took 11 kids everything went well. Kids had a great time which meant us parentshad a great time haha - staff were very helpful 👌

Went to laser tag
Went to laser tag. Absolute waste of time!! Room was tiny, aren’t allowed to run about and actually play the game properly, they let me pay for one of my children, got her all suited up and 5 mins into it said they would have to take her stuff off for health and safety. Yet she was absolutely fine and wasn’t allowed to run anyway. Highly over priced for the small amount of time you get and how tiny the room is.

All good except the "Change" machine…
All good except the "Change" machine was not working and we didn't have change for our 2 grandkids.
They told us to go to a ATM but they don't give change.

Enjoyed the bowling but found kids food was slow to come and rolls were not fresh but apart from that was a nice time with grandkids
