I found the staff looked bored
I found the staff looked bored, no welcome, no interaction when ordering drinks, no smiling. I ordered a coke which tasted weird so I didn't drink it, I felt it was pointless going to staff to say anything as they seemed like they didn't want to be there. The "arcade" section was small but ok. It killed an hour but won't be in a hurry to go back. Shame really

Was great experience
Was great experience enjoyed our time and drinks were brought to us pretty quickly. Only annoyance was barriers were up when we got there and then we fired through the games we booked and there was already people waiting for next booking at peak time. Would've been good to get another game in but understand should've booked that.

Great for Birthdays
Staff were really friendly and helpful (extremely patient too as we had 18 young kids in our party!!!). The kids had a brilliant time. Definitely be back!
