Reserve the tables yourselves, the staff won't do it
I liked the first contact I had, the way staff treated customers and how they did work on fixing issues.
However, I did not like that, for my daughter's birthday party, which it was booked well in advance, we didn't get a proper sitting. The kids had karsoke, a 30 min break then bowling. In that 30.min break the food was served and the kids had to stand or sit on the floor, as there was nowhere to sit. This shouldn't have happened, the tables should have been reserved. I only had a table, and 11 kids and it took away from the fun experience

Poor in comparison
Friendly staff but very, very busy so thinly spread. It looks like there have been a couple more lanes added since tenpin took over making it very crowded, not enough room for a group in each lane. Lane also seemed to have a slope as didn't matter who bowled, the balls all rolled to left at a certain point. No spare bowling balls, not enough larger ones for gents in our party.
Bit of a disappointing visit.

First time visiting
First time visiting, and it was brilliant, great fun bowling and then the laser tag after wards, cost was about £10pp for both activities which I think is a great price especially in the holidays! It's hard to find one thing for under £10 for children let alone two activities! Staff were absolutely brilliant very lovely!

Small venue. Fantastic staff
I found the glenrothes venue to be very small and felt very over crowded. Not enough space for a pool table, on a saturday morning.
Service was excellent though and staff were super helpful.

An unpleasant experience bowling with the grandkids
The manager was very pleasant and tried his best to resolve the issues we had, however some significant staff training is required. Our food order took 40 minutes to arrive and people arriving after us and ordering were served before us. When this was enquired about a young member of staff came back to us with an appalling attitude telling me my order had only been on 20 minutes, when I challenged this with a time stamped receipt he was extremely rude and disrespectful and hilariously said I gave him attitude! I asked for the manager at that point, he came and said sorry and offered us free bowling and drinks. The overall experience was rubbish after that which is a shame considering it was an afternoon out with our grandchildren.

Waste of money
We felt like a hinderance. Staff didnt look happy to be there atall and there felt like there was an amotosphere Considering we paid for x2 games bowling and then bought food and drink. It really wasn't worth the money.

Great night out for a fairly large…
Great night out for a fairly large group in one of your smaller venues. Had issues booking online (my mistake) and the young lady on the tills on Friday night was able to sort no problem on short notice (forgot your name, sorry!)
Group Infront of us ran over time by 20~ish minutes but Michael was a gentleman and went above and beyond to keep both groups happy.
Only real complaints I have is that there is only 1 pool table, but I understand there isn't much you can do in a venue of that size and your slot machines don't pay out enough 😂
