We had a good couple of hours at tenpin…
We had a good couple of hours at tenpin Sandbrook park, its changed looks a lot better, played bowling then played pool. Atmosphere is good and staff are brilliant. Booked online so checked in at the desk and our lane was ready straight away. Lots of things to do there good for the kids and adults.

Great Bowling party
Had my 8 year old’s birthday party here doing bowling. The value for money was great and the kids loved it. Two games was a bit much as most of the kids got bored by then and started trailing off. The girl put in charge of the party was great while there but kept disappearing so was a bit annoying having to go look. Overall, the experience was great and I would recommend it

Fun afternoon

Didn't know they had a refurbishment…
Didn't know they had a refurbishment its alot better now dont feel as if I have to keep watching the drinks on the tables as the use to be behind but there right in front were you bowl now, the hole place is set out better and thank god the toilets are brand new and new escape room and darts and alot more to do , I do feel as if you do need to bit some signs up showing were check in is now as its not visible when walking in myself and i saw others having the same problem looking for it and asking people also you cant go and get more bowling balls no more we had 3 balls on our lane none that my child could use i had to go up to others and ask can I take some of there's some said no luckily another family gave me 1 of there's made our game longer also as my child had to keep waiting for that 1 ball this was not just us as i had someone coming up to ours 1 asked can they take it I said no as needed it and another just came and took it and i had to follow him and ask for it back we still had a good time and we did say if we came back we would try the food as it looked great with affordable prices that makes a change i like that i could order at the Lane as i was on my own with my children so that was brilliant

Atomsphere was great
Atomsphere was great! Arcades have been upgraded since our last visit. Downsidw was that there was alot of mess around the bowling including dishes from previous guests.

The staff were most cordial
The staff were most cordial, friendly and helpful. they dealt with our booking quickly and served our food and drinks promptly. One drink was replaced immediately when it was discovered to be defective due to an equipment fault.

The bowling went really well and my son's had fun playing, the problems came when they were on the arcades as the machines ran out of tickets and we had to report it twice before anyone even come to sort it out. Slow, unprofessional and not bothered staff. Wish it could of been better.

Refurb has massively improved the place…
Refurb has massively improved the place but the bowling balls need updatinf as still causing finger nail breakage from the old ones.

Absolute bargain
Great experience, we went for the summer deal £6.50pppg fantastic to keep the kids occupied during the summer and it even included a meal per person, venue was clean staff was ok... can moan to much great place to pass couple hours for any occasion..
