Every thing looked like it was tired and in desperate need of a refresh alleys bowed bowels with bits missing etc
Pool tables not in good condition etc still had a good time but just missing expectations

Everything went smoothly on time. Staff were really helpful and process was.pretty smooth.

Really enjoyed the new look and the new activities available, we did bowling this time but are looking at the escape rooms to go to one day, we enjoyed the atmosphere and the new bowling areas are comfortable will definitely be rebooking to come again

Decent place for bowling and refreshments. The arcade however is bland and need more classic machines to boost excitement!

Booking was easy got confirmation straight away lane was ready for me and my grandchildren had fun staff were very helpful food good enjoyed our visit

Took our 3 grandchildren for an early evening treat. Booking in was quick & easy, if a little expensive.
I spent 20 minutes looking for a ball that I could get my thumb in.

The bowling and overall facilities were great. We however ordered drinks which were flat and had an unusual taste. These were returned however this process took far longer than I anticipated due to waiting on a manager who eventually came and didn’t address me directly.

My son recently had his birthday party here and it’s was terrific value for the money! The boys all really enjoyed it and can’t wait to visit again soon.

Amazing all the time. Polite staff and the whole place is now even better in the arcade area. Haven’t been for a while but the refurbishment has done wonders and my children love going there all the time.

Now there’s not only bowling, there is laser tag, escape rooms, karaoke rooms and carrying for parties. Fun day out for the kids.

We were held up having food and had to ring and push out booking back.
All done without any stress or charge for this.

Had a great time, refurbishment has definitely made the place look much better and will no doubt visit again soon.

Staff friendly, spacious and neat

After arriving at the venue, we were told there would be “a slight delay due to the previous party running over”. After 20 mins no one had given us a further update, so I asked a member of staff who said they’d find out. After a further 10 mins, I asked again, to be told the party host was just filling juice jugs. A further 10 mins and I noticed the party host chatting to members of staff, with no intention of starting our party. I enquired again, to be told he wasn’t aware there was another party. So after waiting 40 mins, I had to persuade them to start the party. I walked the 15 boys up to the laser tag area. There was NO safety briefing. I have attended this venue before so I’m aware of the briefing and rules that should be given BEFORE entering the “battle zone”. I had to assist the boys in getting into the vests whilst the host stood and watched. As the boys entered, the host told me I should wait downstairs. I offered to stay, but was told to go downstairs and wait.
After 20 mins, 2 of the boys came running downstairs, still wearing their vests and guns, to say a boy had been hurt. I went upstairs to investigate to find one of the boys covered in blood and still bleeding from his mouth. There didn’t seem to be anyone with first aid knowledge taking charge of the situation. Just a guard with a paper napkin filled with ice.
We were then told that the party couldn’t continue as the boys broke the rules. I asked what rules had been broken? As we weren’t given any rules, or had a safety briefing. The host said they wouldn’t keep to their own sides and some were running.
After further investigation I discovered that the boys had been left alone in the arena, while the host stood in the gun room. The boy that was hurt accidentally hit in the face with a gun. As no adult was in the room, the boys had to escort their injured friend in the dark to the gun room.
They agreed to let the boys continue the remaining 20 mins of their game as long as I stayed with them and we had to wait for a new party host as “his shift was over”. The new host was actually really nice. After the game we went downstairs for food. I asked a member of staff if they knew how long the pizzas would be? They assured me they were in the oven. It must be the slowest oven ever, because after 20 mins there was no sign of the pizzas, so I asked again. I was told they’d ran out of small pizzas, so they had to do bigger ones. I thought they were in the oven?? 10 mins later they brought out a third of the pizzas. It was a further 15 mins before any more appeared. Then another 15 mins the final batch appeared. I thought the idea of booking a party was that the children could sit and eat together. I also had to hand out the pizzas. Then after some of the children had left they finally brought out a tray of chips. For what was supposed to be a hassle free party, it was a lot of hassle.
I’m really disappointed as I’d booked a party at this venue a few years previously and had a fantastic experience. I felt sorry for the 1 member of staff who actually seemed to be working. I will be logging a formal complaint and investigation into the incidents.

Waited 20 mins for a bottle of water at the bar
Was placed next to a rowdy stag group and we had 10 children they were drunk inappropriate and smashing bottles and glasses
Groups of teenage lads running about causing issues
The staff who were on were lovely but as a company you are letting them down

Great deal on Tuesday, 50% off games and selected drinks and food! Great value for money and all of the staff were helpful and pleasant! Will definitely be going back.
