We had a great time at an affordable price. It was good family fun and the facilities were clean. We booked online there is plenty of parking all you need to do is put your number plate on the iPad near the booking in desk to extend the free parking.

Large party of teenagers and adults on rugby tour had a great Sunday morning at Tenpin swansea. Everyone enjoyed the bowling and the Karaoke booths were a great laugh! Staff were really polite and helpful. And reasonably priced too!

Bowling & pizza for group of 12 year olds
Pre-Booked for a group of seven 12 year olds. Check-in was easy and we were allocated 2 lanes quickly. Everyone enjoyed the bowling.
We ordered 2 pizzas, cost £11 each and they were awful, smaller than I expected and like pieces of cardboard. Also paid £7.50 for 2 jugs of squash which I think was pretty excessive.

Had a really great evening with my family. Polite staff, fast service, great prices and allot of fun! Highly recommend and will 💯 be booking again. I went on the Sunday with my daughter who is 8 and her friend and my eldest son and daughter in law aged 27 and I am 47 so caters for all ages to have a great time ans then on Tuesday evening there were my older children with me ages 20 - 31 and we had some cocktails played bowling, pool and used the arcade. It was such a lovely and relaxed evening.

Bowling was fun
Bowling was fun, however there was a party of 9 of us and we had 2 different lanes with a screen in-between us so we couldn't chat to each other. Would've liked 2 lanes without the partition staff got a drink order wrong and remade it 4 times cause there is no communication between them and the pool tables are way to close to the lanes.

Had a fab time
Me,my mum and my son had a fab time at Tenpin bowling,booked in 15 minutes early and our lane was ready for us straight away,had 3 fun games of bowling,fast service when we got drinks,and staff were very friendly and helpful!!Arcade was good fun too my son loved it,plenty of games to play!!Tenpin was easy to get too,we went on bank holiday Monday so was very busy but still managed to park,type you reg into the tablet in Tenpin and get up to 8 hours free parking!! 😃

We had a great night, we arrived a little late but this was not a problem. All the team were helpful and friendly even through it appeared to be a very busy night. Good value for money and everyone said it was the best bowling experience they had ever had. Thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience at the bowling alley. I paid for four lanes and informed the manager over the phone that I needed the lanes until 8 PM for a youth group consisting of neurodiverse young people. who we needed to keep in one pleace. The manager agreed to this.
However, on the day of our event, the staff began trying to kick us off the lanes at 7:40 PM, even though we still had food that was supposed to be delivered to our lane. They also put other customers on the lanes without cleaning them in between. The staff were quite rude, the food was stale and cold, and we were missing three items from our orders. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Fairly good prices
Sometimes there's a wait for your lane, but I was really surprised that we were not waiting long despite it being the school hoildays .We played 2 games each ,for four people it was £32.20 which i think is really good .

Easy to book online. Very friendly staff and great fun all round. Highly recommended for parents to keep highly energised teens entertained. My boy and I had a great time. My thanks to the staff for running a great venue for families and cool youngsters.
