I love the quality of the products. I trust that I can go intense during a workout (CrossFit) without worrying my cloths will stain or tear. Additionally super soft and comfortable during these intense workouts.

Quality goods, especially the shorts. Need to work on fitment for overzip shirts. Medium does not mean small.

I've purchased over $3,100 in shorts, shirts, and sweatpants from this company. I own multiple pairs of set shorts, interval shorts, tactical shorts and their interval, session, and foundation pants and their versatile, durable, and lightweight shirts. Pullover, hoodies, and socks. To say I'm a fan boy is an understatement. Their material, fit-and-finish is top notch in my opinion, and I love wearing their clothes. Keep in mind that most of their sizes seem a bit tight. If you wear a medium on most other brands you may want to go with a large on this company for shorts and sweats.

Why am I starting to look elsewhere? Their customer service SUCKS. I've had frequent, long order delays with the ~25 orders/returns that I've done over the last 18 months. Enough that I have no confidence that I'll get any products soon after I order. During a recent move I listed the wrong shipping address and contacted customer service immediately and it took them over 2 days to get back to me. Yeah, my fault…I get it. But good customer service would have solved this. Needless to say, on that particular order it shipped to wrong address. Other times they just don't ship "in stock" items as quickly as you would expect in modern e-commerce expectations (1 to 2 days after placing order). This has happened multiple times to me. Last week I contacted the company after not getting a ship notification after 3 days for 2 new pairs of interval pants I ordered. They emailed 24 hours later (that was unexpected) and they said "good news" it was in "preparing for shipment" status. It has now been 9 business days after ordering the "in stock" items and no info on if/when I'll get the pants. I'm also a DECEM MILIA status member with a special VIP email account and still they act like I don't exist.

Most orders go smoothly and, on a few occasions, they stepped up and helped when needed. But there are enough delays over time that I'm really frustrated with this company and have lost confidence in their service. I personally believe they over-sell products that are listed as "in stock" either by accident or planned delay (waiting for it to come in on the boat?). My joke now is it will be "Ten Thousand Hours" to get any real help or product from this company. I've never tried to get replacement ties or to have them honor a warranty for poor workmanship (good), but I have no trust they will honor it or make it easy (bad) based on other reviews. I'll probably start looking now back at northface/Arc'teryx/lululemon/Vuori/Nobull brands. Lots to choose from and probably need to back off a bit with this company.

FYI, I tried to post a similar 3-star review on their website yesterday (but shorter) and I noticed it is not uploaded even after clicking their "verify" email that I wrote it. Hmmmm.

Foundation shorts zipper pocket adhesive failed, and was told by customer service that this does not effect the performance of the shorts. Shorts are advertised with a protected sealed zipper pocket to hold valuables, but when the zipper pocket fails and can no longer hold your valuables, somehow customer service claims the shorts still can perform at their peak. Not satisfied with this result. I bought these shorts based on their quality and warranty. I did not receive either of these in return.

More like a 3 for the shorts. I have about 7 pairs and 5 of them have a busted zipper pocket. The pockets can be a little confusing as well. Does this one have the cell phone pocket in the liner? Is there a key pocket in the waistband? Is it in the front our back? It's not consistent across the different shorts (which I guess makes sense), and I've found even within the same type of short, it can be different. I have two pairs of the session short, and the zipper pocket is on the left on one pair and on the right on the other. What?

Oh and both of those zipper pockets are broken. To be fair, the care instructions DO say to line dry, and I don't always do that. Their customer support is also quick to replace them if need be.

The shirts are a 4 for sure, maybe even a 4.5. Perfect fit, and generally pretty bomb proof.

Overall I dig the fit, the material, and colors. There's just small quality issues with the pockets and I hope they're fixed soon.

I like the product because it's distinctive. No dopey labels. And functional.

These a shorts are awesome I bought a couple pairs of the interval short. Super comfortable, they don’t get in the way and very durable.

Their Interval and Foundation shorts are the most comfortable and form fitting workout shorts I have ever tried. They move and stretch with you no matter what you do with them in a workout.

If you get a stain on them then good. They're made to take a beating and still look good.

I got rid of all of my other workout shorts a few months after getting these. I have 30 pair now. No other workout gear goes on my ass now.

Awesome product and service, however color Choice for a “tactical” pant is way off for the brown. Curry is not tactical, coyote brown or khaki is.

I received the 5 inch liner version of the interval short in black camo and admiral... I have 8 other pair (tactical, foundation and swim)... these are easily the best. The fit is outstanding, the wear is nonexistent. I love them. As a 47 year old, who still maintains my high school waist size, I previously climbed/mountaineer in Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, Utah, ect. Tons of diving, cycling, distance running, kettle, weights... I've gone through wardrobes full of 'exercise clothing' and 10k is simply the best. Period, hands down, conversation over.

Quick to ship. And quick to notify of new products I’d be interested in. Quality is 95% of the time great. I’ve only had one issue with the brand. Awesome designs and the fit is perfect for me.

Excellent products except for the beanies - I am constantly having to adjust them (pull down on my head) - It’s clearly the fabric - Unfortunately I bought both the black and Viking red - Waste of money

I absolutely love Ten Thousand Gear and what the company stands for. I’ve had poor luck with the ‘Set’ short but will continue being a customer due to the overall experience!

I love your shorts but you were too cheap to replace a pair when the drawstring broke. Instead I was offered 15% off when I can get that discount whenever I want from a friend who is sponsored by you. Be better! North Face or Patagonia would replace the gear no questions asked FYI.
