Customer Service is top notch! I ordered 6 pairs of interval shorts in the summer of 2021. The shirts were great, but the waistbands quickly became crumpled and had no structure with the drawstrings we crumpled as well. I only ended up wearing the shorts for a few months and then couldn’t stand them any longer. I had chalked it up to buyers remorse, and searched for a new athletic wear company. It occurs ti me the following summer when cleaning out my drawers that I should attempt to reach out to Ten Thousand and explain my issues and see if there was anything they were willing to do. After submitting a few pictures to illustrate the problems, they approved an exchange over a year from the original purchase. They replaced the pairs I had issue with, and I again love wearing these shorts. The waistbands seem to be a bit more robust than the original pairs I had purchased, so I am hoping that these new shorts hold up.

The best shorts I ever had! They are bit pricy but worth it. Sometimes though, things happen and that is where you hope the "lifetime guarantee" comes in. Had an issue with two pairs of shorts which was clearly a manufacturing defect. The Ten Thousand team took care of it by sending two new pairs. Great support!! Thank you guys!!

Had an issue with a broken zipper and the replacement shorts were sent out as soon as I shipped the faulty pair back.

The experience is perfect and the clothes are beyond amazing! I can purchase an article from Ten Thousand and know that it will last years. I can also wear it out and about and not look like I just died in the gym.

I have loved this brand for a while now I own a dozen pair of shorts 2 full sets of the recover sweat shirts and pants numerous socks etc. I truly thought this was great gear I enjoy my mountain hikes and runs but this company is so difficult to work with or around.
In 3 instances I ordered product for long treks and hikes Im going on, things I needed to replace or things I needed for my week long hike to keep warm
I order them with plenty of time to arrive
they dont arrive
they dont ship
I dont get an e mail, a notice , a text or a call
I have to go log in get the order number and try to chat with someone who in the end gives me no information- none . I ordered things they suddenly were out of stock on, did they notify me? nope
they held my enitre order for 8 days, refused to split the order and send what they could and hold on to the rest until it came in stock.. they finally did this when I called 3 times to complain about it.. but why wait until it goes there? this company is not up to dat with simple things that benefit them and the customer like splitting orders, or giving options to opt out of purchase for out of stock items that should have not been sold to you in the first place. or the simplest one.. sending you a notification that there is a delay in getting you your gear.. its such simple stuff why is it not being implemented ??

The products that Ten Thousand make are all really high quality, well made gear that lasts. It's expensive stuff, but my in my experience it's worth it. Shipping was quick and efficient, tracking was accurate, and sizing is accurate so that I haven't needed to return any of my purchases.

Fit on shirt was off for my body. Sleeves are very short. Was cut more like a woman's fit. Quality overall was very nice though. Just fit me weird. Still a good product.

Exceptional, high quality gear and great customer service make Ten Thousand the best performance wear company out there in my opinion. I’ve been in the human performance business for a long time and I don’t think I’ve ever had training shorts that perform as well as the Ten Thousand Tactical Shorts. I’ve added almost every pair to my gym bag.

I love my interval shorts. This is about the only good experience I have had. I have also ordered two pairs of tactical shorts that snagged after one workout. I got two long sleeve shirts that also snagged after one completely different workout, plus the arm pit area had threads coming loose on both shirts. I also receive a pair of pants that had threading coming loose. So out of the 5 or 6 products I have tried, I returned everything except the interval shorts which hold up pretty well, everything else has quality and durability issues.

The quality of the product is great. I have the Interval short, The Versatile Mock Neck, boxers and socks. I am also apart of the Ambassador team.
