I ordered an AMD CPU on January 25, 2024. Despite sending numerous messages to support, I have not received the product or a refund. As of September 2, 2024, there has been no resolution.

TeqFind is a bad company
I decided to write based on my experience, which is similar to other experiences already published by other people.

TeqFind by XDS B.V. (it is undoubtedly an unreliable company.

Be careful when purchasing from this company.

I canceled my order 42 days ago and they still haven't refunded it.

Below I will describe my experience so far, so you can get an idea of ​​what you can expect from them.

(Me) - (14 February 2024) I placed the order.

(TeqFind) - (16 February 2024) Payment requested.

(Me) - (19 February 2024) I made the request to correct the final value, which was not correct.

(TeqFind) - (20 February 2024) You sent the correct amount and payment details.

(Me) - (20 February 2024) I paid and sent proof of payment.

(Me) - (01 March 2024) I questioned the status of the order, and the tracking number

(TeqFind) - (05 March 2024) Responded that shipping would be between 11 and 15 March

(Me) - (26 March 2024) I asked again about the status of the order, and the tracking number.

(TeqFind) - (27 March 2024) Responded that shipping was delayed again and that they expected to ship by April 10th.

(Me) - (15 April 2024) I questioned the status of the order again, and the tracking number and expressed my indignation, not understanding how the item purchased was always in stock and they were not shipping it.

(TeqFind) - (15 April 2024) They responded that shipping was delayed again and that they expected to ship by April 19th.

(Me) - (23 April 2024) I questioned the status of the order again.

(TeqFind) - (24 April 2024) gave a new date this time May 3

(Me) - (24 April 2024) 65 days after payment and with successive postponements, I granted my order and asked for a refund.

(TeqFind) - (24 April 2024) - They canceled the order and said that the refund would be made within 14 working days. (In my account the order disappeared from the purchases made)

(Me) - (07 May 2024) I questioned the status of the refund.

(TeqFind) - (07 May 2024) Another 14 business days for Refund

(Me) - (07 May 2024) I complained about the long refund period.

(TeqFind) - (08 May 2024) They asked for the bank account number so that there would be no error in the refund.

(Me) - (08 May 2024) I forgot the account number.

(TeqFind) - (08 May 2024) They promised a quick refund.

(Me) - (17 May 2024) As there was no refund, I complained again.

(TeqFind) - (22 May 2024) They responded that the credit was made in the commercial department and was being processed in the administrative department. Refunds would be made within 8 working days.

(Me) - (05 June 2024) 3 and a half months after the order and 42 days after cancellation I still have not received a refund.

I paid €679.56 and I have nothing
This was not what I expected from this company.
And I don't want the same thing to happen to you.

Based on my experience, this is no doubt a scam(*) company.
So, stay away from them.
Don't pay them anything, because they don't deliver anything.
Even cancelling your order, it is very difficult they refund your money.

(TeqFind) - Estimated delivery between Feb 19, 23 (Feb 16).
(Me) - As no delivery, order cancelled (Mar 01).
(TeqFind) - Refund in 14 business days (Mar 05).
(Me) - Complained about long refund time (Mar 05).
(TeqFind) - Refund in 5 days (Mar 06).
(Me) - As no refund, complained again (Mar 18).
(TeqFind) - Refund between Apr 02,05 (Mar 25).
(Me) - As no refund, complained again (Apr 08).
(TeqFind) - Refund no later than Apr 15 (Apr 12).
(Me) - As same talking, complained again (Apr 12).
(TeqFind) - Sent refund transfer proof (Apr 12).
(Me) - Not believing anymore, complained again (Apr 12).
(Me) - Finally refund done, last words with them (Apr 15).

So, this was an experience that I would like not to have again, which is particularly not good for them as a business company (or pretending to be one).

They don't deliver anything, they don't refund your money.

I placed order but never received confirmation or shipment details, tried to reach both on telcon and per email with no luck. P.s got a call informing money will be returned since i cancelled my order die to long awaiting time

SCAM Company. They took money for items they did not have then strung me along for weeks. Still waiting for a refund.

I ordered a Motherboard from them for €79.18 on 24th July 2023. They claimed it was in stock and promised immediate shipping.
Following emails promised alternate shipping dates - several times. Nothing was ever shipped.
Finally, they admitted they didn't have the motherboard in stock - never did have it in fact, and
cancelled the order on 26th October 2023, promising immediate refund.
Several emails later - all in answer to my emails querying the whereabouts of the refund - all promising refund within days - Still don't have it.
Last communication was on 2nd January 2024 promising refund payment within 8 business days.
Still don't have it.
Just sent them another email requesting refund. It's now 14th January 2024.

I ordered a CPU on 23/11/2023.I sent 2 emails and asked for refund because no delivery after 1 month. Their answer: wait 5-8 days more, wait 4-6 days more and we ll investigate the transporter. How can such companies still exist and sell products they obviously don t have on reputated websites like pixmania? Still waiting for my cpu or refund on 11/01/2024.

Ok that's it. Since even this website support scammers by erasing truthful reviews, I just sent all the information about this botched transaction to KVK, to the Police, and to the Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM).

SCAM!! Don't even lose your time with them. Better off buying your products on other trusty pages, even though at an more expensive price. Don't be fooled by them, the have been reported several times too.

They are very bad. I ordered the hard disk 14 days ago and until now it has not arrived I cannot cancel it because they want to take 80% of the amount

We ordered a pretty expensive PC part in February. It never arrived. We tried to contact Teqfind via email, their contact form and phone. Not just once but several times. No answer. We just want our money back. Really seems like a scam.

I ordered an 8tb Samsungs ssd. At the end of July, I received an email saying that it would arrive in September. I didn't like the idea of ​​having to wait a whole month, but in the end I agreed. On the 21st of august, I see a refund of the money, after more than 3 weeks of waiting. No explanation, nothing. I do not recommend buying from them, they are very unprofessional.

I ordered a motherboard on 29/05. After ordering I didn't get a confirmation email, so started looking for some online reviews. I sent an e-mail to cancel the order on 06/06, well within the 14 days right of withdrawal. I got response the day after (07/06). Still, 4 months, 14 e-mails and 9 telephone calls later they still have not paid me back. Somehow they managed to paid me 72% back early August.

Every telephone call is taken by a separate company, so they promise to "bring the message" and "write it down", but nothing is done.

Don't order anything here.

i ordered some headphones but i didnt receive them

i contacted them but they dont reply

I've ordered a motherboard on express expecting it within 3 days.

One week later still nothing, no communication from their side, only once i've requested help myself. The answer from the company was "as soon as we have an estimated delivery time we'll contact you".

Once again, i've paid for express.
This is unbelievable!!

I order headphones on 07.08.'23 and they told me that they would arrive between the 9th-16th of august. On 17.08.23 they told me they had a problem in the warehouse and they would ship them on the 29th of august. And yesterday (29.08.23) they emailed me to tell me me there would be another delay untill the 12th of September. I called their HQ but the receptionist was unhelpfull. I asked about my order and she couldn't look at it and she also coudln't put me trough to someone that could help me!!! what's is your job then if you can't do basic custumor service task?. I emailed them to cancel my order and get me a refund. They better give me my money back!

The company Teqfind is a scam !
Promises several times a delivery for the next week and next week again...
No tracking no shipping etc. only answer that is delayed
By constantly promising a delivery, I could had order elsewhere (even from china would be faster and delivered).
This made me loose the client and caused financial damage.
