The company Teqfind has promised several times a delivery for the next week and did not give me an answer until I wrote again with the answer that the delivery is further delayed. I advise everyone against ordering from TeqFind, as the delivery does not take place.

By constantly promising a delivery, I refrained from placing an order elsewhere. This in turn has caused me financial damage.

Scam, they don't ship the product, they mark the order as delivered and ask you to wait until is too late to ask for a refund.

Ordered 2 SSD's and still have not received them after over 3 weeks. The SSD's show "in stock". Was given all kind of excuses about delays and logistics. Cancelled my order. Bought from Amazon. Came in next day.

Worst online experience. Item over 2 months late from the estimated delivery date and they won't accept returns 15 days later. They don't take responsability for almost 3 months of delivery.

Biggest SCAM of a company!!!
If I would have read the reviews online at least...
Same as everyone else, bought some discs that were supposed to be in stock and after months they kept saying they had a problem and giving new dates...
They will probably just ask for the order number as a comment to show nice customer service support... Do not believe it! It's a SCAM!
Save yourself some trouble and write off this company from your buying.

I’ve made an order in april, its june until today didn’t received and all weeks they give new predictions, worst company ever !

Ordered 2 ssds that where suppossed to be in stock. Then they werent.... First message 5 day... 12 days.... After a month i cancelled my order. They reported 14 workimg days to refund. Its been almost 20 days now still nothing. I called they said admin would call back hasn't happened either. Never ordering here a again. If it isnt a scam it's a sh*'t company

Ordered 2 SSDs on 09.04.23 over MediaMarkt portal. Had to cancel my order on 15.05.23 because they were not able to send me my order. Communication was only as reaction, nothing on there own. They gave me 2 times a possible shipment date but nothing happend. Luckily my money was back on my paypal account the same day so i was thinking to give them 2 stars, then i noticed the rising of the evaluations for this company. Well written english texts from germans which have been done 5 stars for other exact same companies, very fishy.

It is being the worst order i ever did, I just ordered from worten marketplace a cpu ryzen 9 5900x order number 1102658990 and still getting nothing until now, i did the order at 4/4/2023 and today its almost 2 months after the order, its to wait 1 year? or more 2 weeks which time I ask what is happening (and look like bot answer my questions everytime)? it look exactly like a scam, i already sent a email and still nothing.

And Today 01/06/2023 I can see that they just deleted from worten history the order, like I never did it before, so are you trying to scam my money or what? not even contact you I can...

Its 5/7/2023 and still nothing... they stopped to give me a date of possibility of getting the order, "saying they have a problem"... So, ill try to make refund this time, i waited for around 4 months and nothing reached at my home.

I made the horrible mistake of buy a product of this store through Trade Inn, but they never sent the product, also I contacted them by several emails, contact forms, etc, and they didn't reply

I just want a refund for a product I never received, really disgusting experience

But is really hard to tell if they have a lot of issues with logistics or are a scam

Let me explain in detail, they have really low reviews in a lot of websites (always below 3 stars) like TrustPilot, Google, PC Componentes, etc

Your contact numbers are just an answer machine (I called both) and you didn't reply my emails

Also I perform my own investigation, and can cofirm that they used to operate as xstra digital storage that had the same issues with logistics as them now, also it went bankrupcy (a simple proof (but I have more), google this name and you'll see that they use the same phrase to sell "Xstra: No. 1 providing Flash & DRAM storage products")

So... I'm updating my raiting to 4 stars since, yes, they returned the money

To the company, I really hope you are real and could improve our logistic situation if that's the problem

By the moment, I do not recommend buying here, until they provide more ways to assurance that everything is fine

My order was placed early Jan 2023. TeqFind kept on delaying the delivery, each time promising new delivery dates, without any success.
Then they offered that I needed to cancel my order which I did on 31 March 2023. I am waiting for my refund since and it is already 1st of May today. Unacceptable company. Should be taken out of the internet.

They never had the product and keep asking for extra 14 days.
I asked to cancel my order, after 14 days no refund was made and I complained. They asked for more time.
I've been waiting for refund for more than a month already, and all deadlines has been passed by.
Having to open a Paypal case now.

EDIT 27.04.2023:
There was no refund on my Paypal account for the date specified on the company reply. The refund happened only today (27.04) after I opened a dispute on Paypal.

I have been a customer of TeqFind for several years now, and I am always impressed with their selection and service. They have a great selection of tech products, and the prices are very reasonable. The website is easy to navigate and the checkout process is very straightforward.

I was nervous to order from that site. Because I noticed some bad comments at their site. But honestly, the products were great and good in condition. I will suggest purchasing from here and avoid to bad vibes.

They gave email and notified me twice after my two purchases. I highly appreciate their customer service. Their patience and great

No fake concerns and no buttering. I really found this site too good. I found their delivery great and the staffs are so well mannered.

The Flash and DRAM were so good. i found their products very convenient and the site also gave proper product descriptions.

Great platform with very supportive staff. I ordered items and got them in time. Don't know about their system as much but they provided me the best as I expected.

I'm greatly appreciating their refund system as they didn't provide an item on time. I just feel so honest and happy with that platform. Increased my customer loyalty and I trust their process.
