Awful service
Awful service, something has obviously gone down hill with this company as all recent reviews on Trust Pilot have issues with delivery. I ordered goods on 27th March Free Standard delivery, which I was told was 6 days. After hearning nothing about delivery I called to be told that item had been sent on March 28th on Signed For Delivery, which according to Royal Mail is 3 days. As still nothing had arrived I called again and was given a 'tracking number'. The tracking number did not show in the system so I gave the benefit of the doubt and tried again the next day, still nothing. I called Royal Mail and the tracking number doesn't exist! Made another phone call to the so called Custer Service number and juts felt like I was being 'palmed off' with dodgy information, being told signed for doesn't show on Royal Mail System until item has been delivered, which according to Royal Mail is incorrect, it will show as soon as the goods have been collected and then again when received. I have been told they will now send my item out on next day delivery so watch this space. If nothing shows up tomorrow then I will be taking this further!
***UPDATE*** I am pleased to say the item arrived today. It's just a shame you have to go through such trauma to get what you paid for. If there had been a problem to start I would rather I was told the truth, we all understand delays but just don't like being lied to.

Great choice of products and service
I have shopped with Terence Paul Online twice to date. They have the Loreal products that I use on a regular basis, at a good price and in stock. My second order had not arrived after 1 week so I called them and Peter was most helpful resending the items for next day delivery.

Poor customer service
I have ordered before with no problems at all, but this time i have waited 10 days with no product being delivered. Customer service were quite blunt and rude when i queried about the order after a week. After 10 days I queried again and never received an answer. Im still waiting! Compared to the speed of delivery from other retailers this was very slow.
