I ordered £60 worth of haircare products in the 18th December. The website gave me the option of 1st class not tracked, which I selected. I have absolutely no problem with post in my area, we all know our postman well and if I am not home he will bring my deliveries to my work place which is in the same village. I emailed Terence Paul Online on the 28th December to let them know that my order had still not arrived - their response was shocking! Basically telling me that because I had selected 'not tracked' as my delivery - there was no guarantee that my order will ever turn up! I emailed again saying that the response was unacceptable. It's now the 4th of January - still no order and to add insult to injury they haven't even responded to my 2nd email! I will NOT be ordering from this site EVER again and shall ensure that others are made aware of this. I wonder how many others have been scammed by them saying delivery is not guaranteed if its not tracked.

Disgraceful service! It’s clear I am not the only one to receive terrible service from Terence Paul and it is shocking to me how similar my story is to so many reviews. I placed an order for the GHD Max Styler on the 18th December ready for Christmas. The website said guaranteed next day delivery if ordered before 3pm. I did not receive the straightners the next day and assumed this was perhaps an extra payment that I had missed and so expected them to arrive within the standard 6 working days. It is now January 2nd and I have still not received them! I have tried calling but I can’t even get an answer on the telephone ... not even a voicemail service! I was told I would receive an email to allow me to track my order and I have not. I have emailed to no avail, tweeted and messaged on instagram. I have had zero response and I am extremely worried that I have just been scammed! I have no product and no way of contacting TP. I am disgusted!!

I placed an order for GHD V max straighteners for £124.00 on 12.12.17 they are a Christmas present for my wife I received a shipping number almost immediately and expected them to arrive well within time. I then spoke to someone on 22nd who claimed it was currently with Royal Mail but as a jesture of good will they would send me another pair out And I would receive them by 24th but if they both showed up to send one back to them.

It’s now 27th and I still have had nothing I’ve had to explain to my wife why she has nothing from me and that it wasn’t me being a poor husband.... reading the reviews it looks like I’m not the only one to have a problem with the company I still currently have no idea if I will receive the goods or even if they were ever sent.

Absolutely disgraceful service from T P online!!! I placed an order for GHD V max straighteners for £124.00 on 12.12.17 they are a Christmas present for my daughter!! I got a confirmation email to say the sale was successful and then got a shipment email the following day!!! They didn't arrive so I emailed on 21.12.17 no response I emailed again the following day no response! I phoned them and after the line being engaged for ages I finally spoke to someone who said we will resend your order no explanation of where my origional order had got to he said you will receive them tomorrow which was 23.12.17! On the 23.12.17 I tried to contact them no answer on the phone finally I messaged them on fb where they once again assured me they had been dispatched!! So at 6 O'CLOCK on the 23.12.17 I still don't have them not going to come now!!! They messaged on fb stating they explained to me that they had been out of stock THEY DID NOT!!! Also that the pair I originally ordered had been signed for and out of good faith the dispatched another set THEY DID NOT! Oh and apparently they dispatched 100 pairs yesterday and mine are the only ones that haven't arrived more lies no doubt!!! Absolutely fuming!!!

After finally receiving my order a day late I have sent numerous emails asking for an explanation as to why I paid for "guaranteed" next day 1pm delivery and never got it. Worst customer service I have ever encountered!

I ordered GHD V Gold Classic Straighteners at 09:47 on Thursday 13th December 2017. Should have been received in 1-3 working days first class and signed for. Its now 12:00 on Tuesday 19th December and nothing received. I have tried to call TP on line but the phone continually goes to a answer phone/voice mail service. Rubbbish customer service from TP On line. All to quick to take my money though !!
Would not recommend them.
Finally got through to them and spoke to 'Pete' who stated my order had been placed but a problem in Royal Mail meant they couldnt tack it and it may be lost. The item was out of stock but he had found one that had been returned and it would be sent out to me by next day delivery. Lets hope it arrives !!!
21/12/17 update. It arrived so fair play to TP on line for sorting it out as they said they would.

First time buyer on this website; was a bit anxious after my GHD straightener purchase just because nonew of my friends heard of the website but was proven wrong as the customer service line is great and the item arrived within 6 working days. Will definitely buy again and you can rest assured that you're dealing with professionals.

Ordered ghd's for Xmas present, took a week but sure it was just black friday issues from RM.

Still waiting for delivery - rung you and order processed 27/11/17 but still not delivered yet. Man on phone not very helpful - said as I had chosen free delivery there was no way to track delivery

Bought zero gravity hair spray - arrived within a few days.
