Can't fault the service friendly and professional delivery and driver second to none. I was short roofing felt in my last order driver explained why and delivered felt following day fabulous I would give 10 stars if I could.

I have got all my timber , got all my fence supplies , from terry howels, had all stock, all lengths, great customer service, and delivered on time so cant fault them,, and good prices, I will be getting all my patio suplies from them too when the weather gets better ,

Had a very pleasant experience with my recent visits to the Newport branch. Helpful and friendly staff both in the yard and on the sales desk and phone. Great service once again from staff at the pontypool store over the phone to delivery driver dropping goods off. Nothing seemed to much trouble and accommodated wherever possible. On top of this, the price also was pleasing compared to other local builders merchants! My first choice and would always recommend. Thanks again all involved.

wanted to order wood products to build a small deck area in my garden due to covid restrictions i couldn't travel to newport to look, order or collect the timber so was reliant on online ordering
had an initial issue witch was resolved by e mail to terry howells, the order went through then no problems. This was followed up by a phone call the next day confirming the order and arranging a delivery day
the timber was delivered as agreed and left in my absence on the front garden.
I checked the order on my return and it was all there
great service all round and only £6 delivery well done

Excellent service , quick turnaround , delivery efficient and driver courteous and pleased with the quality of the wood.

From start of the order the website was easy clean and all the information given, The delivery was quick and prompt especially in this covid crisis, they phone and let you know when they are delivering. The drivers are friendly polite and helpful, I will continue to purchase from Terry Howell their services are really second to none

So impressed with the Newport branch! Jennifer was extremely helpful, efficient and professional thought out my order Process. Brilliant service had next day delivery on my order. Delivery driver Wes was really happy and friendly on arrival. He was brilliant on the big lorry craning my delivery on to my front garden with no issues. Excellent service will be ordering with this family business again and will definitely recommend to all.

Shocking Customer service and overall experience. Charged me £40 more than on invoice. Had to claim back. 4 weeks after taking payment still no delivery, told that it would be delivered Friday, now it’s Tuesday and still no contact or delivery, can’t get through on Phone.. which is an excuse to not speaking to their customers with problems. Covid 19 is not an excuse to offering customer service. Newport Branch is a joke,

Arrogant staff.. Two men totally one ginger hair other large with glasses on... Talked over me... Pretended I don't exist... I felt that I'm bothering then.... Over the years this is same nothing changed I never complained... When I asked them for advice.. Just kind of didn't give any while serving me and others too they just ignored people... My friends had same experience... I do shop with Cwmbran timbers for now on ....this experience was in Newport branch....
