Good service
Was struggling to find a supplier to complete a much needed job in the garden. Was so pleased with the service provided from Terry Howell. ...next day delivery and at competitive prices, and all in difficult times. Well done to the team for remaining positive and efficient ......would definitely use this service again .

Excellent service and products at the…
Excellent service and products at the right price. Have been using their kiln dried firewood in the woodburner for 2 winters and very happy with that but this was the first timber order. Started off with a decking project and was so impressed with the quality of the timber and accessories supplied I went ahead and ordered 100ft of lattice fencing, posts and postcrete immediately after! Craig and Scott were incredibly helpful and flexible even to the point of supplying longer posts than initially ordered at no extra cost so that the job could be completed on schedule as the shorter posts were not in stock at the time. All this while everyone is having to cope with coronavirus and many other outlets are not even open. Have already recommended to others for timber and will definitely use again.

Waited all day, no show no contact
Stayed in all day waiting for delivery they didnt deliver, they didnt call me to say they are letting me down.Real difficulty trying to contact them, did not answer the phone.
I wont use them ever again as its just not worth the hassle.
Bet the family business owners wont be shown this.
Later they did contact me and made amends.

Unfortunately, our team were working under challenging circumstances at the moment with new restrictions on social distancing and a reduced supply chain. With such levels of pressure, there may be times when we don't always get it right and this appears to be one of those cases.
