Expect to get fleeced if you have an issue. I clipped the front tyre on the kerb when entering the airport car park to return the car. It deflated when I was half way up to the return car floor. I drove to the 5th floor and parked in the first safe space. I called Terry’s to say the car had been returned d that the front tyre was flat. I also said I was not able to fit the spare.
I expected to be charged for the damaged tyre as per the hire agreement.
152 Euro to replace the tyre. OK but a bit expensive
30 Euro to fit the spare. OK but a bit expensive.
Then a further unjustifiable charge to replace the undamaged tyre on the other side.
Sorry Terry’s but no one likes being ripped off.

I have just used Terry's Car Hire last week.
Oh how I wish I had known about them before.
For the past ten years I’ve hired from inside the airport, 6/7 times a year.
About ten days ago I went to my usual car hire website, and there were no cars available for the 28,02,26.
Luckily I’d seen someone recommend Terry’s on facebook so thought we’d give them a try.
It really could not have been easier.
Booked it a few days before our arrival, no insurance excess which is a godsend as others require you use a credit card and not a debit card. No long queue in the airport, car was sat there ready for us in the car park.
My wife was added as an additional drivers at no cost, and we returned the car to the same car park at the end of our stay.
It was all so straight forward.
Terry’s have now gained a new frequent customer and I’ll never have to queue in the airport again.

Terry's car hire know how to provide an excellent service. All companies should follow their example. From initial enquiry to dropping back off at the airport the process was smooth and efficient. No large deposit or paying for extras, just very simple and straightforward car hire! All paperwork was done in the UK so we literally collected the car from the car park and off we went. 5 star service. The car was new, clean and drive well. We will definitely use them again when in the country.

Freshly back from vacation in Mallorca. Arrived around midnight, left week later before dawn. Not the best hours to get your rental and drop it off, you would think? Well, with Terry's it went like a breeze, instructions were on point and sent well in advance, they also made sure I received them and everything was ok. Clear costs - you get a quote and that's what you pay (plus parking ticket upon receiving the car - that's also well communicated and depends on details of arrival), no extra insurances, no deposits. Car itself was clean and in good condition, pleasure to drive. Having a car in Mallorca allowed us to visit many places, but not all we wanted. So we'll be back and will be using Terry's again, of course!

I used Terry's car hire on the back of other reviews left, and I have no regrets using them. Correspondence from them was quick and informative. Pricing was competitive. The process of pick up and drop off was easy and convenient. The vehicle matched the description on their website, was immaculate on pick up and was a nice ride. I will definitely use their service again if and when I revisit Mallorca. Very happy with them. Thank you.

I've used Terrys Car Hire 3 or 4 times in Mallorca, super easy as all admin was done UK side, so it was a case of simply heading to the car park and collecting the car. The beauty of TCH is that now I have been pre-verified, and they have my payment details on file I just book a car. Nothing else to do. Minor issues with text messages on arrival, but that was due to my network. I called TCH, and they were on it straight away with email.

I think Terrys may well be one of the best car rental companies I have ever used anywhere and I’ve used many! We have now had 3 cars from Terrys and the cars, service and price point is impeccable. We travel to the island often and if I need a car I don’t even bother looking elsewhere now. Thank you. Your service is amazing and I wish you every continued success.

We rented a car from Terrys and thank goodness we did, the queues for the other places were horrendous. You collect your car with fantastic instructions from the multi story car park and are on your way in no time. Everything is so easy and the car was perfect for what we needed. They are also on the other end of the phone if needed. Would highly recommend and use again when in Mallorca. Thank you to everyone at Terrys.

Terry’s car hire make car hire as it should be in a perfect world. Straightforward, no up-selling nonsense , no messing, no queues, decent cars, easy drop-off, good value, responsive - I could go on.

We have used Terrys many times over the years and they have never let us down. The simplicity of pickup and drop off is really helpful - no hanging around at all. The cars are good and the price is fair for the service. It’s helpful that extra drivers are included in the cost.
