Be careful with the ISA transfer process
Went with Tesco ISA due to the rate, but they completely ignored my request for a partial transfer and completed a full transfer and closed my previous account. Also, the process for the transfer seemed needlessly slow and very paper based.

Contact customer when there is an unusual entry on their account. Since beginning Tesco Bank we have never experienced anything like this and it should have been dealt with more efficiently by Tesco. As an 84 year old I am not as competent with cards as I would want to be.
