Poor IT system - cannot use your existing email as username if you have another Tesco product - because the organisation cannot join up their information. However they send details to that email !! Very long wait on telephone customer service.

Approved at hard check but then told I…
Approved at hard check but then told I had to wait for further checks.
Not told what the further checks were or how to complete them.
Then told I just had to sign the agreement but it had to be done through the post and can take 2 weeks.
Applied elsewhere and got loan completed in 5 minutes.
Now have a hard credit search impact due to tescos inability to complete their administration. Waste of time.
